AVOID WONDERNEST! An absolute nightmare of a company
AVOID SHOPWONDERNEST.COM ! AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE OF A COMPANY!
One of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I would strongly advise other parents to think twice before buying anything from Wondernest.
I originally purchased their gummies simply to try them for my daughter. Unfortunately, she absolutely hated the taste and couldn’t even bring herself to try a second gummy. The product was a complete waste of money.
But the real nightmare started with their subscription system.
I ended up paying £95.01 over three months for bottles of gummies, which I find ridiculously expensive. I have only received two bottles so far, despite paying for three.
When I tried to cancel, I discovered their three-month minimum commitment and a 25% early cancellation fee, which I felt had not been made sufficiently clear during the purchasing process.
And here’s the most unbelievable part: I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR THREE MONTHS, YET THEY ARE STILL ASKING ME TO AGREE TO A 25% CANCELLATION FEE!
Their own policy states that this fee applies to customers who cancel before completing the minimum commitment. Despite explaining my three payments and providing the dates, I have repeatedly received responses asking whether I agree to pay the fee.
As a businesswoman myself, I find this approach to customer service absolutely unacceptable. Building a successful business should be about earning customers’ trust, not leaving them feeling trapped in subscriptions and frustrated when they want to leave.
I have spent far too much time exchanging emails over something that should have been straightforward.
My experience with Wondernest has been stressful, expensive and deeply disappointing. I have completely lost confidence in this company.
Parents, please read every single subscription condition before purchasing. I wish I had known what I was getting into.
I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM WONDERNEST AGAIN, AND I CANNOT RECOMMEND THEM.
