Very good location, nice and clean apartment if a little small. Would definitely use this place again.

My friends & I found the Duluxe luxury apartment perfect for our stag holiday in Amsterdam. It was uniquely situated close to the city centre so was within walking distance to most tourist attractions within the city. We didn't need to rent a car or bike the whole trip. We found the apartment in the exact condition as advertised on the web, very clean & modern in deco. Would definitely stay again.

I traveled to amsterm with my boyfriend and another couple we all stayed in the apartment. it was lovely and clean. No faults about it the only thing was it was cold and we didnt know how to work heating and there was snow outside however we was not in the room much as we was out sightseeing most of the time. I would definitly stay here again. would not recommend it more

The apartment is very big and comfortable, very stylish, And has all the aquipment you need and more! It's just in the middle of the city- great location, people all around all night but the apartment is not noisy , everything is clean and new,the only downside- there is no air condition but since we were there in February it wasn't a problem
The service of the company is really good- by mail, phone or in person , we went to the office there to take the key and everyone was really nice

Good apartments, close to city centre, clean, with a lot of stairs *no elevators but very nice place to stay, near vondelpark and with supermarket very close. Good furniture and pretty clean. I like it.

I didn't actually stay in the apartment I booked. At the last moment I was told that the agency had had a disagreement with the owner of the apartment and so they asked if they could give me another place. This happened last year too - different reasons, but a last minute change that worked well. The alternative apartment was really beautiful and in an excellent location.

This time I agreed (what else could I do at short notice?) but was given a smaller apartment and it was basically shoddy. There was no apology or suggestion of reduced price or other compensation. They quibbled about when I could pick up the keys. In the end my son had to go to their office and pick up the keys before I arrived.

Not enough kitchen equipment, no wardrobes in the bedrooms, light fittings that didn't work, no doorbell, internet was patchy... the list goes on. I never saw anyone from the agency the whole time I was there. After the fantastic time I had there with my family last year, this time was a real disappointment.

Nice apartment, good location, not far away from centrum. You can use tram or train from Amstel station . Apartments has enough staff for shot stay time. TV, radio, living room and small sleeping room with nice soft bed. I had feeling like I'm sleep at home always!

The apartment was faultless - good location, very clean, nice and big, wi-fi throughout, big TV, kitchen facilities all good.
It was a bit difficult getting hold of the keyholder after the flight landed, but it didn't hold us up and he met us there.
Very good service from the office when I had to change the dates of the booking.
Would recommend and hope to stay with them again.

My booking was a little troublesome and my apartment was cancelled last minute so i had to choose another.

I was disappointed as it was only down to my own enquiry that they advised me that my first chosen appartment was not available and therefore leaving me to choose from the apartments they had left. Only an apology was offered, no compensation or discounts. I also requested the keys to the apartment to be available to me at the airport to which they confirmed they will be until i got to the airport and was told i needed to go to their office in Amsterdam to collect the keys.

I had previously attempted to cancel due to personal reasons and had emailed them in plenty of time to explain my situation but was refered to their cancelation policy.

They then canceled my apartment last minute due to the owner of the apartment having issues. So now i felt the tables had turned and as I hadn't complained about their cancelation policy or kicked up any fuss they should at least acknowledge this.

The staff were friendly and professional but didnt seem to acknowledge my complaint or understand my frustration.

I was unable to cancel with a full refund and now they wanted to cancel what I had already paid for and offer me another apartment from the limited choices that were left rather than the full brochure to which i had the pick of when I originally booked.

For a company with such strict cancelation policy they don't seem to understand when the tables are turned they should be at least very humble in cancelling what you have paid for.

The new chosen apartment itself was brilliant, clean and in a very good location and i would book it again.

If i had chosen this apartment first and not enquired about cancelling and other than the key issue i feel that this would have gone very smoothly and I would have been 100% impressed with this company but they fail 100% with compassion and should feel very embaressed when they want to cancel with you after you have explained the situation you are in, but as they had my deposit already they didn't seem to care less. I feel I could have taken this further but couldn't be bothered and just accepted this.

The apartment was great with a nice view but some things we didnt like as the smell in the building was so annoying, no one passed by to clean the flat and internet connection was missing although we called several times to fix since we had projects for the university and internet was crucial.

Comfortable and spacious apartment in the city center. Modern design. Disadvantages: no WiFi, below is a night club, so in the morning when the guests disperse quite noisy.

We have been using the Short-Stay website for mini-holidays in Den Haag for some time now.
The last apartment we stayed in was the Prince Hendrik II, which we were highly delighted with - good location off the mainstream but close to pretty much everything.
The apartment was well laid out and furnished to a high standard, with everything you might need available.
Along with the apartment came the usual high-quality service, which we have come to expect from Short-Stay - ease of booking on the website, met at the apartment by the short-stay rep to conclude the paperwork & let us in, a good briefing on what's in the apartment and surrounding area - a very personal approach to ensuring their guests are happy, with solutions to any problems that might arise only a phone call away.
From my own personal experience I cannot speak too highly of Short-Stay, very nice apartments at a reasonable price, and most of all a level of Service which continues to exceed expectations!

We have been very lucky over the years renting gems like this one while exploring new cities. This Marnix apartment lived up to our high expectations and met all of the needs of a home base for our family of five. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was impressively clean. The apartment was in a good location, very convenient for groceries, nice eateries, safe neighbourhood and walking across the city is a mere 20 min walk. We walked everywhere but transit was right around the corner if needed. Very comfortable stay! Dealing with Short Stay was professional and very well organized a pleasure to deal with.

This apartment is perfectly situated to everything I want to do while visiting Amsterdam. It's beautiful and well maintained. The only changes I would make? I would supply robes and facial tissues.

The apartment was big and bright, very good located. However it was really cold inside the apartment, we spent 4 days in January there. The heating did not work properly, not enough to winter time, not very warm water neither to shower. We had 12-13 ºC inside the apartment. The door & windows were not good insulated; cold air & noise come in from these gaps.

On the other hand, the stairs to access to the apartment were really leaning, not suitable for elderly people and young kids

When travelling one is usually stressed because we're scared we're going to crash into the unexpected, one of the many things that can go wrong or can make a trip uncomfortable is not knowing the complications that can arise from renting an appartment. Here, however, the receptionists were extremely welcoming and did everything they could to make arrangements much easier (not that things were complicated). They were very kind and patient, things that are very much appreciated when arriving for the first time in a unknown city. The appartment was more than adequate- very well located with very pleasant views and a warm feeling to it which i pretty much all you're looking for when you're away from home.

All in all it was a very enjoyable stay and hope to come back t it sometime.

Still very nice come back again in the same place. It's seems to come back home!!
