Sidekick was a very good and efficient financial service, I've been saving my money with them for over a year, however unfortunately I had to leave due to the interest rate falling. I would definitely use them again in the future if the interest rate improved. The app was easy to navigate and it was very user-friendly.

Good start off interest rate, but very very poor after the bonus period ends. By far one of the lowest rates.

Great savings app, watch your savings grow daily. Really helped my short term savings goal.

I’m sorry to say I won’t be investing ! After reading all negative reviews regarding people trying to access their own money 4.23% sounds good but if you can’t get your £120 k out it’s not for me

If you have a query about your investment the customer support team are quick and helpful in their response. I have had answers within an hour and one occasion was called so as to explain things. It doesn’t matter how small or silly your questions they take time to explain.

I invested £9000 but the total quickly went down to £8997 which I took to be the way the market worked. After a few days it's back to £9001 so things are OK.

Easy to use app, great product choice. Love that you can speak to a person if you need to. They sent weekly newsletters which have been really interesting.

Excellent support! I was trying to withdraw money and couldn’t. Turned out it was a simple technical matter of setting up biometrics. But what was most impressive was the immediacy of the response in the chat, by a knowledgable human being! Who took the initiative to call me and sort everything out!
