Paid a visit to Glasgow store and staff were awesome and welcoming and the range of instruments is second to none. Look no further, this is the place.

I can't say enough about the amazing customer service from these guys...if only every company was like this! I bought some equipment from another shop and they still spent the time sorting the problem...and now my system sounds amazing.
They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

It's really a pleasure to get old style customer service from a company. I'll be buying from the crew here wherever possible because although I had problems with my purchase, they really worked to sort it. Highly recommended.

Bought a Soma Pulsar 23 in a flash sale on the site, great pre-sales service and great price thanks. The package came wrapped up like an Egyptian mummy, very secure.

I live abroad, so needless to say shipping and delivery for music gear can be complicated. The Signal Sounds team has been incredibly kind, helpful and efficient in getting eurorack gear to where I am, and are always ready to offer advice. They were extremely helpful in preparing delivery dates that work for me, and have given me timely stock updates on gear I have not been able to find in stock almost anywhere else. If you need music gear delivered internationally, Signal Sounds is the best out there!

Bought a Linnstrument keyboard back in 2022 - good price, but I couldn't get on with it (RSI) - had to return it and the folks at Signal Sounds were very helpful - all good! Highly recommended

Based on web sales alone, they have been great at getting modules to me at a good price, and very quickly.

I have not had any faulty modules, so do not know how they perform on that front.

Really bad shop; module had a small scratch on the faceplate and, therefore, sent two emails to the company (one to the sales department and the other to general info email). Neither of the emails were answered. Might be a ok shop if everything runs smoothly but a dreadful service when the customer needs help after the sale. Never again. Steer clear if you can.

In my opinion Signal sounds is a cut above the rest when it comes to Eurorack modular music stores.
They offer the most competitive prices, extremely fast shipping and great customer service. I have made item exchanges and the procedure was very easy. Singalsounds arranged arranged the drop off of the new item and the collection of the new item at the same time by the courier. All this done the very next day after I requested the exchange. Jason at Signalsounds is the nicest guy to deal with. He will always do everything possible to help you out with your purchase.

Not had to submit any returns but I'm happy to say I've had excellent service from this company. Waiving of shipping costs on large orders, personal touch from the owner, fair prices. Hope to have a good on going relationship with them. Will report back if anything changes.

Years and years of good service, friendly chats, then a sudden turn in attitude, emails ignored for weeks on end, finally get an indignant response of "I am busy" like I, as a customer, am an inconvenience rather than the actual life blood of this company.

I am hurt and upset, there is absolutely no reason for this, I just wanted a simple answer to a simple question, but this apparently is too much.

There are plenty of other excellent modular synth shops in the world, I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Edit: The thing that hurts the most is that I had come to think of Jason as a friend, I was actually genuinely concerned for his well being, you know because of c-19 and people dropping dead everywhere. More fool me... I should really learn by now that the majority of people in this world are all about the bottom line, humanity is lost if this is all we have left. I am disgusted. Sickened to the absolute core. I actually vomited today - this person made me physically throw up. What has happened to humanity.

I sound like a crazy person, but I want to be honest and real - what's the point otherwise? This is how this recent month long episode of reaching out and getting no acknowledgement to my genuine post sales question has felt. Understand prior to this communications were, I genuinely thought, congenial and genuine, friendly.

Illusions shattered.

I know not everyone is like this, some people remember what it means to be a human and make mistakes and get things wrong and actually be humble and apologise when we make a mistake. Seems that is falling very much out of fashion. I do not feel like I belong to this race any more.

UPDATE: Signal Sounds now seemingly refusing to honour guarantee period on modules already purchased. No reply to enquiry email! Maybe they are struggling and going to close down? I would not recommend buying anything from them right now - very risky!!
