My girlfriend bought me a silver spinning ring from this company in January 2023. It was not the most attractive looking ring like a hula hoops crisps with a small ring as the spinner. As it was a present and she had it engraved I had to say I liked it. After just over a year it had fallen to bits and the smaller ring was lost. I contacted silver cave design's and after many emails offered to repair the ring at my expense. I have ring more then 20 years old that have not fallen to bits. I said I would not be able to leave a positive review but has not bothered them.
