since I bought my Innopet comfort air stroller from another company 5 years ago, who are no longer in business, and I've finally needed spare parts & have been delighted with Silver Circle Pets service - if you have any questions you get a quick reply, and also speedy delivery of any spare part I've needed to replace - fabric carrier & storage basket, & front wheel -It's brilliant to be able to easily source such items without having the expense of having to replace the stroller, as it's just so robust - absolutely brilliant all round - thank you!! I cannot recommend enough!! Thank you!!

The item we purchased had become out of stock in the UK. Instead of just cancelling our order we got a fab message explaining what had happened and that the item would be back in stock at the wholesaler, when it would be with Silver Circle Pets, and when I could expect it. Fantastic service. Unfortunately had to return an item as it wasn’t the correct size for my dog - but the return was super easy! My parcel also got lost and they refunded me as soon as I reached out. Will definitely buy in future!

Ordered a cat stroller from Silver…
Ordered a cat stroller from Silver Circle after a lot of research. They were the only UK stockist of the one we wanted.
Was being imported from the US via the Netherlands so we were expecting a long wait. It arrived much quicker than expected, which was great.
Excellent service - stroller has also proved to be a winner.

We are very happy with our Walkin'…
We are very happy with our Walkin' Wheels wheelchair purchased via Silver Circle Pets. Our Miniature Schnauzer Winnie who sadly lost the use of her backs legs a couple of months ago. However considering her age (12.5yrs), and significant weight loss due to illness, she has made significant improvements when in her wheels. Initially we were concerned that she would not be able to move herself with only her front legs doing the work. However through perseverance (and bribery), she can (albeit currently only in short bursts) walk/trot unaided). Initially we were concerned that she would not be able stop herself constantly rolling backwards. However each day she is making improvements in her ability to engage her core muscles, which allow her to keep stationery. It's amazing to see her to be honest, considering how she was the first time she was put in the wheelchair. We are very glad we made the decision to buy it.
We also purchased the vest harness. We tried both the default harness supplied, and the Warrior Harness. However, she seemed unfortunately to fall between an extra small and small, so neither would fit correctly. The vest harness however, is great. Especially as the velcro fastener makes it easy the put on and adjust
We can't fault the Walkin' Wheels wheelchair either. It's very well made from lightweight materials, and is fully adjustable. Once you have it setup correctly, you shouldn't need to keep adjusting it. The extra cost when compared to cheaper alternatives is worthwhile. You definitely get what you pay for. Note we have recently been on holiday to Cornwall and naturally wanted to try-out the wheelchair on the beach. No problems at all!
Nico and the team at Silver Circle Pets went above and beyond the usual remit for customer service. We are so glad we chose to buy from them, they've been so helpful. From answering questions or concerns and getting back to us promptly with the answers. We were pretty desperate when we started looking looking for dog mobility aids, however we are so much wiser now.
Initially we did purchase all three harnesses, however as only the vest harness seemed to work for us, we were able to return the other two for a full refund without issue.
The prices at Silver Circle Pets are very competitive compared to other distributors, and when you add the customer service on top, you're getting a great package.
We are very happy customers 10/10.

Worst review ever
Been over 6 weeks trying to resolve the situation they sent item that didn't turn up cos the delivery company now they resent the wrong item.... guess what been 4 weeks trying to collect it and get refunded and because of the service they provide again this has failed .... contacting the bank tomorrow as I qualify for a fraudulent chargeback .... We’re sorry to read of your frustration. To clarify, your return has been ongoing for just over three weeks.
Photographic evidence provided by the courier, something which was also sent to yourself, shows that the original delivery did turn up. However, a replacement was sent out.
We acknowledge that the wrong replacement stroller was then sent out, and for that mistake we can only apologise again.
We have arranged multiple courier collections: three with ParcelForce (failed to turn up) and one with FedEx (label not provided as instructed). A return label has already been sent out to you so the pre-booked collection can be completed, both of which we’ve kept you informed about.
As already discussed, since you are in possession of an item, a chargeback wouldn’t apply; simply receiving an item wouldn’t be classed as fraud.
We apologise for those unforeseen delays you’ve experienced and any inconvenience caused.
We have been and continue to work on a resolution of this.
Once the stroller has been received by us, from the already booked return, your refund will be issued.

Product was great however ordered within guidelines to receive before travelling on holiday. This item did not arrive before we left but actually a day before return so was drastically late so I this case very unhelpful.
