Can't fault Silver FX at all. Ordered then received within 4 days. The shirt is amazing quality, top embroidery too. Andy is a great guy who cares about his customers, which you don't get with many companies.

Will be ordering from Andy again.

I have ordered items from SilverFX multiple times now. Shipping is always quick. Products are light weight and comfortable, perfect for sports and casual use. On top of all that they support great causes. Would recommend this store to anyone!

Please do not purchase items or give money to this company! You have been warned. We placed an order and out of five items only one was correct, a pair of sports socks. We had to wait three months for the order to arrive and this was only after constant chasing. No communication is forthcoming from this company and Andy Turner, the owner, is rude and accepts no responsibility for his mistakes. He obviously didn't have stock of the size of the items we ordered so he CUT OUT the size label in the hockey shirts and skorts. It was obvious that they were two or three sizes too big when we received them. Items were missing too. We sent the whole order back the next day and a reluctant refund was agreed upon. Over a month later with repeated, ignored messages we are still waiting for our refund. What a way to conduct a business. Sports organisations and schools should not commit to his services unless they want to frustrate their members and players. I will report Mr Turner to the National Trading Standards Board as he is in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

14 months after not receiving an item, I have now been issued a refund.

I am now amending my initial review in light of this refund. Sadly, the facts remain that I made a purchase a long time ago and my repeated requests for a resolution were not responded to within a reasonable time frame.

Covid didn't hit the UK until 2020 and my order was in 2019. There was never any apology for delays, nor any explanations as to what was going on until my very last email with a final apology. I don't know why there was such a lack of communication, nor such a delay in a refund but it was an extremely frustrating experience and one that was handled poorly. I am sorry for businesses at the moment and appreciate that Covid has caused extremely challenging circumstances but this order happened last year and there are clearly some ongoing issues which need serious attention.

For SilverFX, if you are serious about sorting out the delivery time-frames and methods of communication, I would suggest the FSB or Chamber of Commerce who can be extremely helpful in offering 121 advisors, training and workshops for staff. There may be charitable organisations such as Citizen's Advice or other support such as the Marches Growth Hub as well.

Horrendous service, I’ve had no contact since the invoice has been paid (6 week ago) I’ve sent at least 5 emails and called numerous times but had no replies.
I’m still getting reminder emails to pay the invoice, which has been paid in full!

From the first call to the delivery of our products. The customer service was first class the best we have come across, also the quality of the product and the embroidered items. Nothing has matched andys service. The team are on the ball, direct, and made sure we had all our order delivered in time. I will continue to use sliverfx as this company cannot be beaten in quality and price..

Six week delivery takes 3 months.
Products delivered with different sizing than those advertised.
Products are different to those advertised, different colours etc.
Terrible company with a terrible attitude who refuse to refund postage or products which they themselves have made incorrectly.
Many other kit providers who do not provide such a shocking service and disregard for their customers.

Absolutely terrrible service and kit. I paid for my kit on September 22nd and I still don't have two items. What i did have wasn't the right size, I have only been able to keep the adult socks. I have sent back socks, junior shirts and adult kit and STILL HAVE NO REFUND - it's disgraceful as they have taken over £100 of my money and not delivered within 30 days. When you call or email they make excuses or fob you off. DO NOT USE THEM - every new member I have spoken to who has ordered kit from them is experiencing the same thing.

Quick turnaround, excellent quality at a very good price. We had a couple of issues but these were quickly resolved, and as a result everyone was very happy with their kit, it was great too be able to identify all our club members and supporters as they walked around the festival.

As a club we have been using Silverfx for the last two seasons. When we first approached them Andy was very open to our requirements and helped us design a bespoke kit for our needs. The team and him then created sample products within a matter of weeks ready for us to review as a comittee and sign off.

When the new kit arrived, we had a few teething problems, to be expected with the size of our order, however Silverfx resolved these immediately.

Since then we have continued to order existing kit, as well as design new shirts for our Junior section and bespoke occassions.

Always a pleasure to deal with, but I might just be lucky to deal with Ami.

I like using Silver FX because they are on my door step, so I can walk in, call up or email and they are always there offering a personal service which ever means of contact. Their products are well priced and good quality. Would recommend them to anyone!

Really helpful, all orders correct. Excellent communication and staff. Never had any problems what so ever in all the orders that have been placed. Have recommended to other people who have used silverfx and found them excellent.
