I enquired with a few different sim racing companies before going ahead, and to be honest most of them weren’t that helpful. SIM Demon were in a completely different league.
From the first conversation they took the time to explain everything properly – specs, options, and what would actually suit my space and how I wanted to use it. Choosing the right setup is a bit of a minefield if you’re not deep into sim racing, and they guided me through every step without any pressure or upselling nonsense.
They supplied and fully installed my turnkey simulator build in my sim room, handled everything in my house, and I didn’t have to lift a finger. The end result is spot on and exactly what I was after.
Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, and genuinely more helpful than the other companies I approached. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a proper sim racing setup

Jakob came round today to help us with…
Jakob came round today to help us with the high quality second hand rig we had purchased, but with a brand new gaming PC.
We had been having problems getting the pedals, wheelbase etc. being recognised, despite downloading the sim tuner.
After a short while, with some further updates, Jakob had it all talking the same language. He then proceeded to help us with the finer tuning details.
We now have a rig that will help see our Grandson with practice over the winter months, especially the
tracks that he hasn't been on, but are in the timetable for 2026.
