Faultless service
This was our second holiday to Paphos. The first visit 2 years ago i didn't plan to hire a car but after the first day of waiting in the heat for buses I hired a car from Simila. It vastly improved our comfort.
This time around, I had the car booked in advance.
Again Simon and his team provided a first class service. The car was clean, in good condition and ready to go. I was given plenty of information on things to do, placed to see, some nice discount codes/info. The whatsapp group was a good touch.
I would very much recommend Simila for car hire if your visiting Paphos.
Thank you Simon and team. First class service. We will be back!

Thank you Eddie so much for your fantastic review and for choosing Simila again on your second holiday to Paphos!
We love the story of how waiting for buses in the Cyprus heat led you to us on your first visit – and we're even happier that this time you had your Simila car booked and ready from the start! 😊
It's great to hear that you were pleased with the car and found our WhatsApp group, places-to-visit information and discount offers useful. We want our customers to have more than just a rental car – we want to help them get out, explore and really enjoy everything Cyprus has to offer.
As a British family-owned and managed business here in Paphos, having customers return to us and recommend Simila to others means a great deal to the whole team.
Thank you again for the “faultless” and “first class” comments. We'll look forward to welcoming you back for holiday number three! 🇨🇾🚗☀️

Only car hire company we use!
We have been using Simila Car rentals for a few years now and would highly recommend them! Our car was delivered to our hotel by the lovely Christine and we were over the moon with our car. Absolutely spotless inside and out. There are no credit card blocks when you hire your car and there’s the option for zero excess insurance upgrade which we always add to our booking. Loads of information on must see places to visit given to us too! 5 star service as usual. Communication is fantastic, any questions are answered pretty much straight away.
Our keys were left with our hotel reception on the collection day.
Cars are delivered full of fuel and you just fill back up for collection day.
Will be back in Paphos in September and will, once again, be using Simila Car hire. 💯 recommend 😊

Simila car rental
Great communication throughout, the car arrived on time with extra touches, like a window sunscreen and tourist activity leaflets. Simila also sent a very comprehensive WhatsApp of places to visit on the island. Collection was just as effortless. Great experience overall.

Simon and the team were very helpful…
Simon and the team were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. They provided maps and leaflets of places to visit and even got discounts on some of the attractions. The car a Kia Piccanto was very clean and just right for what we wanted to use it for. And there were no hidden costs when we booked it. Would recommend anyone needing a car in Cyprus consider them first. We will certainly be using them again.

Easy transaction with the owners
We booked these cars as the owner meets us at the airport in the garage. Easy transaction and explanation about the car. When you return it at the same garage ensure you have the exact amount of cash or a card as the garage does not give change. A small tip would be to fill up just before you get to airport. Overall excellent service.

What a fabulous company to deal with
What a fabulous company to deal with. From the point of enquiry through to start and finish of the car rental was first class. We were kept fully informed via the dedicated WhatsApp platform, any questions answered promptly and peace of mind that should we need any assistance during the whole rental period there was always someone at the end of the message. Everything explained thoroughly. Beautiful clean car, well maintained, dropped off for us at the hotel and collected for return at the end of the rental period. Highly recommend this company.

We rented a car from Simila Car Rental…
We rented a car from Simila Car Rental from New Year’s Eve through to May, and the service throughout the entire rental period was excellent.
From the initial collection of the car on New Year’s Eve to the support we received during the unfortunate incident with a broken windscreen, the team were professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful at every stage.
The whole process was straightforward, stress-free, and handled with real customer care. It made a big difference to us while settling into life in Cyprus.
Honest, reliable, and excellent service — we would happily recommend Simila Car Rental to anyone visiting or staying in Paphos and would definitely use them again ourselves.

Excellent service and transparent approach
We were extremely satisfied with our car rental from March 24th to March 29th, 2026. The service was perfect, with no hidden fees and all necessary information provided upfront.
The car we rented, a Toyota Ractis, was a bit of an older model but it was very reliable throughout our entire trip. Communication with Julie Smith was a pleasure – she prepared everything perfectly and explained all the details to us.
We highly recommend Simila Cyprus to anyone looking for a trustworthy car rental.
