Simila Cyprus Car Rental Avaliações

Totally reliable and excellent service providing great cars with no hassle booking, collecting and returning. Would never go anywhere else!

Fantastic company to deal with, easy communication right from the start, the car was waiting for us upon arrival and easy drop off, will certainly be using them again next year when we return, wouldnt hesitate to recommend to anyone needing a car in Cyprus

Excellent service with friendly staff, no fuss, no bother, very straight forward. Best car hire company I have used

We had a great experience renting a car from Simila, it was simple and friendly right from booking and collection all the way through to drop off.
We will for sure use them again and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone travelling to Pathos.

Simon and his assistant Julie are from other dimension. Great service, tips and real maps gives you best of old school feeling. Nice brand new automatic smallish KIA Picanto will serve you well and it's great help if you are not used to drive on the left side of the road and seat on the right side. At the end on Simon's name you get good discounts on some places/areas you might like to visit.
All in all geat service altogether!
Happy Croatians,
Tina & Igor 👋😁🍾

A really pleasant experience. Very organised and detailed information and instructions, right from the initial booking.

The car handover was so easy and Simon went out of his way to explain matters, useful hints and advice.

A very helpful link to a video about the car drop off made getting there so easy and stress free.

Overall a great personal service. Will definitely use again, thanks.

Perfect service as always. Great pick up n drop off . Car was clean n tidy.
Price was great compared to others. SIMILIA every holiday now
Thanks

What a wonderful service. Car was ready at Paphos airport and easy to return with excellent YouTube instructions. Good WhatsApp communication. Would definitely use again.

Our 2nd time of hiring a car from Simila and same great service.
We picked up and dropped off from Paphos airport which was so easy.
The car was clean and ready stocked with handy leaflets on the area.
Very straight forward, helpful and friendly staff - would highly recommend.

Amazing experience. I always prefer local car rental companies with great reviews and I never regret. Simon was very nice and helpful, he gave us all important instructions about the car and driving in Cyprus. He also recommended us many places to visit, restaurants, museums, boat trips with special price only for Simila clients. The drop-off was seemless as well, Julie was very nice and kind. This is how successful business should be done. Forget about big rental companies like Avis or Sixt, support local and honest businesses.

Very helpful and accommodating. Easy pick up and return at the airport. Helpful guidance on places to visit, routes, restaurants etc.

Absolutely fantastic; start to finish!! Naively, I didn’t think to actually book before I rocked up expecting to be able to get a rental car on the same day. Fortunately; they had a car returning that very same hour. I was advised the car needed to go get a battery replacement as it had just had a battery related issue but I was desperate for the car. (It was bank holiday so he couldn’t get a battery same day) Simon agreed to provide me with the car anyway and provide me with a jumper pack, just incase. On collection of the car, I was provided with a list of recommendations, places to go, places to eat etc. also a little discount to some excursions! The first day; the car was brilliant. No issues. The following morning, the battery was dead. I messaged them on WhatsApp to advise the issue had arisen; just as I got the car started Simon was already on his way to my hotel with a replacement! From problem to new car took around 30 minutes. I could not be more grateful to the team. Simply amazing. Could not rate them highly enough and will definitely be using them when we return to paphos in the future!

Used their car rental service for a week in Cyprus and everything went smoothly. Plane arrived an hour earlier, but we got the car right away, didn't need to wait. They gave useful info where to go and returning the car was easy. Communication through WhatsApp was smooth. Very happy with their service.

This was the second time that we had booked our Paphos holiday hire car with Simila, having used them a couple of years ago and been very pleased with the whole experience back then. This year, the service was every bit as good - from the original contact when making the booking, right through to the service received when we were at our hotel.
The communication and help received throughout was really excellent, and the car that was delivered to us at our hotel was not only exceptionally clean but virtually brand new! Apart from the maps, the additional suggestions for trips out were also much appreciated.
We will certainly have no hesitation in booking with Simila when we next return to Paphos.

What can we say other than ‘excellent’ we have used Similia four times over the last 18 months and every interaction with this company has been fabulous. Professional, efficient, friendly, informative and helpful above and beyond. Thank you to Simon and his wonderful team and look forward to seeing you again soon!

Very easy process and they took onboard my comment. Like the simplicity of the entire process. Julie was brilliant

Excellent service. Staff were very helpful . Car was in perfect condition

I can only agree with everyone else. Renting with Similla was pleasant, efficient and avoided any of the delays, and deviousness that are so common. Friendly, honest and good value. An example for others.

Very straightforward and pleasant to deal with. Would definitely use them again. We ordered a car at the last minute and nothing was too much trouble. The reviews about Simila are true - they are excellent!

Fantastic people to deal with great communication. Great car and first class friendly service, they were waiting for us at the airport when we arrived, and also when we returned the car they were there on time waiting for us. They go the extra mile to ensure you have a great holiday. Highly recommend them and will use them again next year. Well done Simon and team.
