Cindy was amazing and got me the frames I truly desired! It was a frame that was very hard to find, and I was skeptical about buying online for a limited frame but Cindy made it happen! She was a delight to work with and helped secure my frames and I couldn't be happier! It's taken me years to find the perfect frame so when I did I had to have them! Cindy helped by going the extra mile to call her supplier, following up quickly, getting my frames to me sooner than expected, and being an overall pleasure to speak with! After having an issue with my (perfect fit) rx frames,and having a couple of BAD experiences with the typical online eyewear games(Beware of mass sights owned by one company!!) And then I stumbled into SIMPLYEYEGLASSES (and cindy) which showed me true care in my problem, and seeking a solution for it...which she got busy and promptly did,came in on her day off just to make sure she had what she said and sent me an email. I recently purchased frames and lenses from simplyeyeglasses.com and had the best experience! They had to special order the frames to get the color I wanted and made the process very easy on my end. They also recommended an alternate lens material that made the lens very thin compared to other lenses I've had over the years. Everyone I talked to was extremely helpful, friendly, prompt with answers and very efficient. I would give them 6 stars if I could and will definitely use them in the future for additional glasses purchases!

I am very impressed with this company. The service is great, the prices are better than anywhere else on the net, and the quality is top notch.

After I got my pair of prescription sunglasses, I felt the prescription wasn't quite perfect (my first pair with a mild prescription), and had the glasses checked at a local shop. The glasses were made in accordance with the prescription, so I went back to the doctor and got a new prescription. Simplyeyeglasses made me a new set of lenses, without charging any extra. No problems, no hassle.

Also, I spent much time on the phone with both Allison and Cindy, asking lots of questions about lens tint, transitions, lens materials, etcetera, and both ladies showed an abundance of patience, answering all of my questions and putting me completely at ease.

I bought a pair of prescription sunglasses (Ray Ban Shooter -love that frame) with lenses of Trivex, and also had lenses made for a frame I already had (also Ray Ban Shooter), also made from trivex, with Transitions Xtractive. Very nice! I did a lot of research before buying my sunglasses and glasses, and the reason I chose Simplyeyeglasses was the large quantity of positive reviews, which were spot on! I received glasses of a different size than the one I ordered. I ordered 46-20 glasses, but I received 48-20.

Excellent company. I ordered a set of frames. I was contacted first by phone letting me know they had contacted the company that makes my frames. I was told that the company had my frames in stock.
Simply Eyeglasses followed up via email twice letting me know that my frames had been ordered and what I should expect from then until my order arrived. They sent me an email when they had shipped my order complete with a tracking number. I received my order, and just like the service my order was more than I expected. They included a very nice glasses case plus a cleaning cloth.
I highly recommend this company, I will order from them again without hesitation!

This is probably the best eyeglass experience/customer service I've ever had. 5 stars is not enough!!!!! No room for folks that may hate on them, I can't wait go blind and get some more glasses........ Seriously, they are the best

This is my third time ordering from SimplyEyeglasses.com and must say that they are always great to deal with. I have a very strong prescription and use very high-index lenses. The cost of having them lens my frames is about 1/3 of what I would pay to have a brick and mortar store do it! Also, many brick and mortar stores do not have 1.74 high index lenses available. They will also do Transitions lenses in my high prescription....most other places both online and brick and mortar will not. So, "Thank you!" Simplyeyeglasses.com for being my go-to place for purchasing my lenses...I really appreciate you!!!

I am such a fan of Simply Eyeglasses. They have made two sets of prescription glasses for me-- I sent them Maui Jim sunglasses-- they turned them into my favorite eyeglasses -- both have the Transitions XTRActive so are the best of both worlds -- Super Clear when I am inside-- same great tinted lenses as original Maui Jim's when I am in the sun. Great experience from beginning to end! I ordered glasses in a very unique size. They recognized that the size was unique so they immediately called me to make sure there wasn't an error. I appreciated that extra step in customer service. When my glasses came I had issues focusing. I contacted Cindy to address the issues and she provided recommendations on how to alleviate the problem. In addition, she offered to provide a new set of lenses at no cost in case there were issues with my prescription. That was definitely going above and beyond! In the end, Cindy was correct in her recommendations so I didn't need to order new lenses. I am extremely happy with my purchase and experience and will no doubt be purchasing from them again!

If you are unsure about buying online from this company, don't be!! Allison worked with me to get my frames and lenses just perfect, including helpful suggestions I had never thought of. She was always patient, professional and made sure sure everything was just right! I highly recommend this company, they make it a pleasure to do business with them. SimplyEyeglasses.com has provided me with a satisfactory experience on multiple occasions across a couple of years now. Most recently, Cindy and Diana worked with Aspex / Takumi to verify stock on a frame that was previously marked discontinued. Both of my purchases with the company have come in flawlessly - the craft and care is obvious. Not a single flaw in pairing lenses with frame, which, in my experience with other online outlets, has been problematic in the past.

Kudos to SimplyEyeglasses.com, and especially their team from customer service to their competent lens cutting optical lab.

There are many websites you can order glasses frames from, but this is one of the few with a Better Business Bureau rating of A+. I ordered two frames from them and they came perfectly packaged and on time. Additionally, the price of the frames I bought was equal to or lower than the price listed on any other website. Overall, I've found SimplyEyeglasses.com to be a trustworthy and reliable business.
