Going through IVF is a very emotional and highly stressful thing and I found the staff made it easier to go through for sure. Especially Dr. Montilla - he would come out to the waiting area to bring you to appointments. Always down to earth and friendly. I have gone to Waterstones for previous IVF cycles and IV had consultants walk past me with their heads down, very cold and they don't speak to you directly like your not even in the room. One huge factor for us was that my husband was allowed into the scan and transfer. Waterstones did not allow my husband into the scan even after covid. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Myself and my Husband cannot express enough our sincere and heartfelt gratitude to Doctor Alejandro and all the Team at Sims Cork. After my first round of IVF, im delighted to say I'm 8 weeks pregnant with my first Child. From our very first visit to Sims, we were always greeted with such a warm welcome and any doubts or fears we had were always handled and answered in the most professional, Sincere and Empathatic Manner. The Nurses are just absoluetly amazing and fantastic at their jobs, I was always made feel so at ease and comfortable and was assured at each and every step along the way....
My Individual treatment plan was explained fully with a clear outline of the cost from the start and appointments were scheduled with such ease...
Myself and my Husband will always be forever grateful to All the Team at Sims for making our Dreams a Reality xx

Went to SIMS to learn of fertility status and then decide if I wanted to move forward with egg freezing. Did not feel listened to by the doctor I was assigned. They were writing half baked notes in front of my on the call while I shared personal medical history. Doctor was rushed and did not seem to be listening when I was speaking. The call went from investigating my fertility status with AMH levels to suggesting I freeze embryos in one call. Therefore needing a sperm donor. As a single woman looking to learn more about their fertility I was really disappointed with the humanity of the experience. Follow up email after call was suggesting scans and paying huge amounts of money. Not reflective of the information I shared on the call or what I was looking for from the process which I also shared. Felt like I was a wildcard number in a commercial machine. Would not recommend.

Dr Alejandro and all the team at Sims in Cork are just amazing. The whole team made us feel so welcome from day 1. We moved to Sims after 2 failed attempts of ivf with another clinic but we fell pregnant on our first attemp with Sims. We feel so blessed to have Dr Alejandro as our consultant he was amazing from day one. We really look forward to continuing to grow our family in the future .
The nurses were always on hand for any questions we had and scheduling appointments was very easy.

We started our ICSI treatment last year and got pregnant on the second round. I am currently 11 weeks pregnant. I would highly recommend Sims IVF. The nurses were amazing and communicated with me throughout the whole journey. The doctor was so nice and cheerful and made the whole experience joyful.
We are so glad that we chose Sims IVF.

My experience with sims ivf Clonskeagh and Carlow was excellent.
The staff in both facilities are so reassuring and full of knowledge and very professional.

I had a very positive experience with Sims Cork, would definitely recommend. The level of care was fantastic, their app makes appointments and contacting the care team seamless - it even allows you to view your latest test results and schedules your meds for you. I have had a great experience from the admin to the consultants.

I would strongly recommend SIMs. I had previously sought treatment from a different clinic, but I found the staff at SIMs warmer and friendlier and really great to help me relax during a stressful time seeking IVF. They explained everything very carefully and were always so helpful when I had question both in person and over the phone. Everything was made.very.clear.from medication to appointments. After three IVF cycles, I'm almost 6 months pregnant. So grateful to the midwives in Cork and Dr. Moses for all they have done for me.

We started out IVF journey in November 2020 & now I am 8 weeks pregnant. Throughout this entire time, SIMS have looked after me well and had provided clear patient centered treatment plans & transparency in communication. They made this whole process quite easy for us and have supported us all through out. We are very thankful to have chosen SIMS & thankful to their wonderful team

The Cork SIMs team were fantastic! So kind, empathetic and professional from our first appointment all the way to our final blood test for pregnancy results.
My husband and I have been so fortunate that our first cycle was a success and we are now 22 weeks pregnant after a long and emotional journey.
The team at SIMs were a delight from start to finish and you could really tell they genuinely cared!
