The video or my luggage before shipping was personalized and thoughtful. daughter did not open until Christmas and was blown away by the perfect gift

They were great I sent them my idea for a design and after a fee picture exchanges they manufactured and delivered the travel suit case quickly and nicely stored. My wife will love it.

Simon was a pleasure to work with. I had chosen an image that Simon wasn’t able to use but once I gave him the desired object, he immediately found 3 similar objects from his stock and even drafted up 3 mock ups. His responsiveness and attention to detail was great and as soon as I approved the mock up, he shipped the luggage asap. It came to us in 1 day! I have told everyone about Simon and Singular luggage.

We've now had our singular luggage for a few months and a number of trips. The airlines thought the luggage should take a side trip to Hawaii and get caught up to us after that side trip as well.

I remain very impressed with the luggage. It has held up well with heavy use and is a great size for our needs.
