The only problem is that those pillows are not available in my country and it cost me double the price just to ship it by third party

I never recieved my products

I never recieved my products, Fedex are awful please stop using them. They did phone and acknowledged that they had delivered my items to the wrong address and I would get them by end of the day! Still not recieved them. Please can I have a refund.

Let down by delivery options and customer service

The product itself was great and reasonably priced, however customers are given no choice but to pay a large amount for next day delivery, and after-sales customer service was poor.

Unfortunately the parcel didn't arrive as scheduled and after getting nowhere with Sissel customer service, I had to spend 40 minutes on the phone to the courier for it to arrive at all (4 days late). It was almost impossible to get past the courier's automated menu to speak to someone, as it's designed for the sender not the recipient. There was also no response to my last email to Sissel customer service.

I realise the courier is separate, but I've rated 3* as Sissel don't offer their customers a choice of courier or delivery options, and their after sales customer service was either slow and not very helpful, or non-existent. For that reason I would be hesitant to recommend or use them again.

Edited in response:

The second delivery Sissel saw on the tracker was the one I had arranged directly after it became clear that it would not be attempted again without intervention (the delivery driver had claimed the address didn't exist). I was finally able to get through to someone at FedEx on the Monday to arrange it, and Sissel only confirmed what they saw on the tracker after this had been done.

It wasn't clear that customer service wouldn't respond over weekends or bank holidays, as many other companies do. If their operating hours were published, or communicated in an automatic reply, I would have been far less frustrated by the delay in response.

Given the compulsory high cost of delivery, I was unhappy that I had been left in a position where I was having to spend a considerable amount of time chasing to receive the delivery at all. I also hoped Sissel might be more helpful than to just repeat what was on the tracker (which I had been doing for days), and was very disappointed when my last email was completely ignored (interesting that they're quick to respond here though).

I'm sure most the time they're fine, but my experience fell short in two areas and that's why I've rated 3*.

Dear Emma here at Sissel UK we take customer service very seriously so were very disappointed to read your review. I have looked into your order and can see that Fedex should have delivered on Friday 26th May but for some reason were unable to locate you. As Monday was a National Holiday the next attempt was Tuesday 30th of May and this was successful.
I have read the email correspondence between you and my colleague and can see that you first raised your concerns about delivery on the Sunday, as Sissel UK and Fedex customer service were closed until the Tuesday it was chased up at the very first opportunity on that morning. We sent you an email at 11am on Tuesday advising that your order was out for delivery and indeed it was delivered later that day. My colleague monitored the delivery all day to ensure you received your parcel as promised. I am sorry that you feel our customer service let you down but we did everything we could to resolve the matter. We always hope that our carriers will delivery next working day but occasionally it does take an extra working day as in your case.
