Ordered a pair of working canvas trousers, they looked great on the advert, 8 weeks later they arrived, so disappointed, they were of a viscose fabric not canvas, so cheaply made, I have never seen utter rubbish like it, I have emailed the customer service, surprised I got a response, the company is in China surprise ! The website is showing fabulous garments but on arrival you will experience something so very different

Do not what ever you do do not waste your money on crap from sistrow brought utility trouser ,they were more like what my mum used to wear in the 70s , waited so long for them to turn up just wasnt worth it ,STAY CLEAR i cant express this enough total rip off ,do not buy anything off them

Put in an order for a pair of durable heavyweight cotton canvas trousers.
After nearly two weeks, I received them on Saturday 16th May & what a shock was to see they were not the trousers advertised.
The trousers were poor quality & were not cotton but polyester. Looked like something from the 70s but without the flares. It looked
like it was made in a sweat shop.
I sent an email on the day I received. Yesterday, they sent out another pair of trousers & they were on a par with the first pair of trousers that I got but they were of a nylon material of sorts. I wouldn't wear these trousers in public because that's how embarrassing it would be.
Why isn't this company investigated & closed down. Anybody thought about contacting the Advertising Standards Authority ?

I purchased 'Durable Utility Trousers with Cargo Pockets'. What turned up were the flimsiest cheapest quality lightweight excuse for trousers I've ever seen, almost hilarious but the returns policy requires you to send them back to China at your own expence, not so funny. My advice - don't buy from Sistrow.

Item is a million miles from what was advertised.

Cheap, thin material, colour completely different and quality is non existent!

Sistrow Appalling cheap quality garments not windproof not waterproof very disappointed Sistrow advertise quality garments . On there web site. Very Flimsy material. Stitching very poor . Takes over 4 weeks to arrive. Don't waste your money and time on Sistrow . I never leave reviews. But absolutely crap clothing. From Sistrow I, 100% agree with the other disappointed customers. Who have bought from this company. Absolutely ridiculous rubbish. DO NOT USE . Sistrow.

If I could I would give no stars. DO NOT BUY. This site is a fake site. The cargo trousers appeared to be a photo shoot in uk (Costwolds look) and high quality, they took 1-month to arrive and are worthless cheap (and I mean cheap) and are nothing like the photos, quality expected, or product ordered. I will contact standards trading reference this site.

Did not receive what was advertised, material totally different, notice reviews say the same, cheap imports- will never use again

I received a pair of work trousers which are nothing like the advertised ones. They are the cheapest piece of rubbish I have ever received. They are supposed to be hard wearing work trousers. They've only got 2 pockets. The material is nasty cheap plastic. Now I'll have to fight to get my money back. Don't buy from Sistrow.

Scam....picture looked like heavy duty canvas trousers, description said same...what arrived was a thin stretchy poly material, crazy cut and size, no labels to confirm material....this is just a scam.
They offered.me 50 percent refund and no need to return. So their business model is to send out pennies worth of product and when you challenge it, they offer half a refund to hope you go away. Still keeping what is a significant profit for a scam.

Ordered 2 pairs. Two weeks ago, 1 Black & 1 White pair. No invoice. No tracking number given. Enquired after 7 days & response to my enquiry, saying 1 to 3 days to receive them excluding weekends. They arrived today two weeks later. 2 pairs in black. They did not come from Holland but a place in London & not the greatest quality. Nothing in the parcel to identify a return address so a very disappointing purchase. Lesson learnt. Be very careful if considering a purchase from this company & Write all the details down.

Do not be fooled by there e mail which ends in .co.uk this is a chinese company. Do not order from this company i ordered a pair of heavy duty combat mens trousers at a cost of £31 amd what i received was a pair of viscose trouser. They then offered me a 20% refund or 50% off another item why would i buy something else?? The cost of return was £26.10 which i have done as its the principle of it. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Bought a pair of cargo trousers that looked great in the pictures but bore no resemblance to what actually showed up. Utterly atrocious quality. Avoid at all costs

Item delivered late did not resemble the item ordered and made from sub standard materials and poor quality absolute scam company stay away !!!!

Absolute crap product, nothing like then advertised item, the cotton heavy duty canvas is cheap polyester, awful fit, absolute scam. Don’t buy from these people

Item shown in advertisement looks to be a good quality item, after waiting 3 weeks for delivery, with no mention of that, possibly coming from china, item i received bears no resemblance whatsoever to the item I purchased. canvas has magically transformed into polyester, no labels as to care instructions , or safety, i imagine these are extremely flammable, no manufacturers label, only a tiny tab showing a size. Then the quality of the finishing is absurd, bundles of loose threads, odd threads hanging out, these have been knocked up in some backstreet sweatshop. I eagerly wait to see if I actually receive a refund, and a reply to my frequent requests for an explanation DON'T BUY FROM SISTROW, they are FRAUDS, SCAMMERS

If I could give a 0 star I would, I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on their advert and they never arrived even though the information on tracking said they had been delivered. The proof of delivery photo was not my house. I wrote to the company only to be told they use very reliable delivery people and it basically isn't any responsibility if the goods don't arrive. So no shoes cost me nearly £50
Don't give a company like this your money or business.

My Auntie bought her shoes from here. Not delivered. Claimed they had been. Used fake delivery photos to say delivered so they wouldn't have to take responsibility. DO NOT USE!

SISTROW is not a reputable company Do not buy from them. It is not possible to return goods if unsuitable. For example, I purchased orthopaedic ‘slip on’ shoes costing £28. I couldn’t get them on. The company offered £8.50 refund and suggested I keep the shoes. Their RETURNS address is in CHINA. From experience, I can say the shoes would never get there so no REFUND would ever be made. So, I have paid £20 for a pair of shoes I do not want. They’ll go to a charity shop and I shall double check the credibility of a company before ordering items on line again. Oh, and I haven’t actually as yet received the £8.50. Don’t order from SISTROW
