Väldigt nöjd kund
Jag är väldigt nöjd med Skandix.
Lätt att hitta delar och man får på ett tydligt sätt reda på vad som passar just min bil.
Väldigt snabb och trevlig kontakt med kundtjänst som kanske inte kunde hjälpa mig, då delen jag sökte helt enkelt inte gick att få tag i längre.
Men de försökte ge alternativt i a f.
Snabb leverans och till en rimlig kostnad gör att jag varmt rekommenderar Skandix

Friendly contact with Zahra for a small change I needed to make to my order, lightning quick delivery, accurate parts very well protected in their packaging. Will definitely order again !
Perhaps prices are not the most competitive for every part, but I was having trouble finding what I needed elsewhere and most of the time it was more expensive so it is definitely the website to go !

Super Kundenservice, Hilfsbereit bei problemen immer ein guten rat auf lager. Teile immer in einem Tag da.
Jedes Ersatzteil passt bei meinen Bestellungen alles super Qualiät. Sehr zu empfehlen bei Volvos oder Saabs!

Einfach super!
Bei Skandix Ersatzteile für meinen alten V40 bestellt. Lieferung war super schnell, Ware top. Schweren Herzens mussten wir uns dann doch von unserem Elch trennen, die Teile zurückgeschickt und sofort das Geld rückerstattet bekommen. Die Mitarbeiter am Telefon waren kompetent und sehr geschult, hier wurde einem sofort geholfen. So geht Kundenservice!

Keine Rückmeldung mehr. Falsche Farbe
Ich habe Clips für die Heckklappen Verkleidung meines Volvo S40 II bestellt. In der Beschreibung stand keine Farbe und auf dem Bild sah es aus wie grau. Die S40 II haben alle eine graue Verkleidung somit dachte ich es wird passen.
Die Clips sind aber schwarz also für ein anderes Model.
Auf meine E-Mail wurde nicht mehr geantwortet.

Excellent prompt service
Excellent prompt service. Ordered part for aging volvo (blower motor resistor) on a friday morning , delivered following thursday, lunchtime. Would have been delivered wednesday but we were going to be out so had to change delivery date to following day. First class!!!. Also in this instance was given the choice of original Volvo part or a copy. Opted for the copy as it was almost half the price of an original Volvo one yet to fit it but certainly looks identical . Favorit Volvo spare parts Shop!
Best place to buy original and aftermarket spareparts for (My experience) older Volvos. Extremely fast Shipping and the parts fits perfectly everytime thanks to the abilty to check with your VIN nr.!!!
They even have a lager inventory than My Local Volvo dealership.

Beware! It looks from the website that the parts are original but some are actually after-market parts
I was very disappointed by my purchase at Skandix. I purchased five items, the primary part was a compressor for Volvo S80. I was looking for an original Volvo part and did my search by the Volvo reference number.
The webpage has no mention of aftermarket part and they use the Volvo reference number. The invoice also has the Volvo reference number on it.
What I got was a Nissens compressor and not a Volvo original part. The information on the website and invoice is misleading. Nowhere did they mention Nissens or aftermarket non-original part. I complained but they claimed that they did not say specifically that the part was original. To me this is very dishonest because all the information indicates its an a genuine part - especially because they use the Volvo part numbers.
Be careful!! if you think you are buying an original Volvo part, make sure to contact them before and ask. There is no way to know from the website or invoice.

GENIAL!!!
Wenn ein Shop zu empfehlen ist, dann SKANDIX! Wir haben einen Volvo (31 Jahre alt) und wir lieben ihn. Ein tolles Auto! Endlich habe ich Skandix gefunden wo ich alles mögliche für den Wagen bekommen kann!
Echt super! Service und Lieferzeiten kaum zu glauben!
Heute bestellt morgen da!!! Das macht viel Freude!!!
