Unprofessional Management
They called me twice for interview for National Express, first time it was paperwork and they are supposed to do driving assessment but there instructor was gone home. After 1 week they have done driving assessment which was successful after 1 week of following up with HR and Manager. They emailed me that we didn’t get the contract from National Express. They are very unprofessional people.

First time a Skills coach trip
Lady I booked with was very easy to talk to.Explained the trip really well I also would like to book several other day trips I like to try so looking forward to Windsor and Castle in July.

Booking excellent.disabled policy disgusting
Booking extremely smoothly and helpful.
Very satisfied and pleased I can take my folding mobility scooter.
But disgusted to be told I would have to pay £25 to sit at front of coach.
I am disabled and can only walk a few yards with difficulty and on all coaches i have been on the first 3 rows have been reserved for disabled passengers as is the case also on aircraft if the seats are available and I find your policy discriminates against disabled people and I am certainly not prepared to pay this and will seriously consider wether or not to book another holiday with your company.

Fabulous Ladies Day!
I recently organised a trip to Ladies Day at Ascot for a large group out of Nottingham, but with pickups in both Leicester and Rugby. We had the most fabulous time! Everything went really well and was organised perfectly. All thanks to Skills Holidays.
Neil was our bookings contact and was great. Tina and Aaron our drivers also deserve special mention. They were super-friendly, polite and helpful. The ultimate professionals. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Skills Holidays or in using their services again.

I’ve been travelling with skills holidays for the last few years. I can’t prise them enough. Their staff from customer services to the coach drivers are excellent. Ann helped me to sort out my holiday to the Isle of White, lovely lady. Would recommend booking with Skills.

The driver was very pleasant and helpful explaining everything we need to no,about our journey. I go on a lot of skills day trips with a family member and also friends and I’ve never had anything to complain about. Very comfortable and clean coaches 10/10

Both last year’s holiday cancelled
Both last year’s holiday cancelled. Also this years. It seems that skills take your final payment and then decide to cancel. Although I’ve been fixed up with another option, I’m still not a happy bunny. Makes you feel as though you’d think twice about booking with skills again.
