Getting a consultation with Amina was easy & quick. My consultation was in depth, thorough and a realistic expectation was discussed. I was given information on how this laser machine works & the guarantee. The face peel was also explained and the process of what we can achieve. All in all, I was very happy with the kind & professional information given, patch test was carried out, and areas of skin were analysed with options on best treatments. Unlike other places there was no pressure to go ahead, many payment options given and plenty of time to go home and decide.

I think the behaviour of staff while selling the service is different than later stages, i had been promised to be given the appointment as per my convenience as i stay 50 miles away from the clinic and also work 9to5. I was ensured thay as there is a gap of 6 weeks I won’t have issues in booking the appointment but but but, i faced an issue while booking my 2nd appointment. This is not cool

I had my lips filled here and i really love them! I didn't want anything too big amd was scared i would end up with those rounded duck lips. But amina was brilliant! I had a consultation and she was so informative and really put me at ease. My lips are perfect! Everyone i met there were so friendly and welcoming, i felt i was in good hands! Many many thanks!

Walked in to the clinic and got the most friendliest welcome by Naomi. I have previously had laser sessions at La Unique but the service and treatment by Amina could not have been faulted. I am a fussy customer to please but the whole laser experience from here was 11/10, surely will be back again
