A terrible service from sky today by the assistant in chantry place in Norwich this morning Friday 26 ..first I suggest the management get their workers off their phones…standing behind a lady today waiting to be seen he the man with sky shirt on was having a private chat not serving the lady she left fed up of waiting leaving me next ..I wanted some answers to question before I take out sky he could not be bothered my opinion so now sky lost two customers….my advice get the training soughted out and get them off their phones ….this could be the worst service I have came across…I leave positive feedback on trust pilot but if bad service it needs to be shared….
