You should never be left dealing with property damage, chasing builders for quotes, or feeling unsupported after something like this happens. To clarify, all broadband speeds on our packages depend on the infrastructure available in your area. This includes the type of line connected to your property and the maximum speeds your local network can support. When you joined, your contract would have included your guaranteed minimum download speed, which reflects what is realistically achievable at your address rather than the headline speeds of the package.
