Your head was turned after finding an alternative company once you had committed to us but you won’t admit to that.

We gave you all your money back after your abusive email once we realised what kind of customer you were going to be.

Your comment about The Latin text being something no one has heard of is actually the exact opposite of what it is. Example from Wikipedia below.

"In publishing and graphic design, Lorem ipsum is a placeholder text commonly used to demonstrate the visual form of a document or a typeface without relying on meaningful content"

The reviews that you write are all consistent, they are all bad. Our Google reviews that we receive are all consistent, 112 are 5 star. You then tell people not to take any notice of all our reviews, but you want them to listen to yours? This makes no sense whatsoever.

Your “simple Simon” comment just further enhances your unprofessional approach to dealing with businesses that are trying to work with you.
