I paid £12.50 for next day delivery but received the item a week later.

Had an issue with some garmin pedals I had bought - I was convinced it was a warranty issue - but with an expert eye they diagnosed a tiny element was missing from battery compartment. Found it on garage floor up and running again within minutes - thanks guys 🙏

I checked their website and said in stock as I needed item asap, paid for next day. Late afternoon get phone call saying not in stock. Told refund would be as soon as he got off phone. Then e mail saying refund 2 - 7 days. Can't afford to pay for another one from someone else until I get refund.

Amazing service. Slane had the lowest price for a Garmen 840. I placed an order at 16:20, I had a dispatch number by 16:29 and it was delivered to me in Glasgow at 10:43 the next morning. And as far as I can tell Slane Cycles are owned locally in Belfast and so none of my payment supports billionaire oligarchs. Happy!
