Customer obsession is absolutely key to operating any business, especially one where people are trusting you with their skin and appearance! The ladies here made me feel right at home and explained everything to me, what to expect, how to be patient and have reasonable expectations about results, and most importantly they took the time to check in with me to make sure everything was perfect according to what we agreed. The location is very convenient for me so I am looking forward to another visit.

Dr Larsen has been on medical leave since March 2021, so there is no MD supervising treatments. Jackee did some eye filler that didn’t look good. I have a trough between my undereye and cheek. I complained and went back in. She dissolved some of it and tried injecting it a different way and it still doesn’t look good. I asked for a refund or credit and was told no. She wants me to come back in to “see what she can do”, but I feel like a guinea pig. I will find a place with a board-certified dermatologist. I don’t recommend going there until Dr Larsen is there to supervise treatments.

Dr. Larsen injected me with a permanent undereye filler. I immediately developed orange pads, lumps, and wrinkles under my eyes.
When I went back for correction Dr. Larsen gave me Botox that didn't help. When  I asked if there were a way to correct the orange pad and lumps,
he yelled that "I gave you free product and I have a horrible migraine and can't see."
Now, after trying to warn other women  about my experience and to prevent them from having their faces ruined, I receive this letter from his manager, Denise Voisin:   "The under-eye filler is the most difficult place to do filler and some (doctors) are not willing to take the risk of bumps, swelling, and irregularities to skin."
If there were risks, why didn't he tell me before? I would never have gotten injects with a high-risk factor. Who would?
His manager Denise Voisin also said (direct quotes.)
"We are willing to offer you a refund of $800. Please remove your posts on social media and other platforms."

and Here is Dr. Larsen'd response: I have not seen you in almost 4 years. 4 years!!!! yellow patches under your eye. I'm assuming its xanthoma palpebra but who knows I have not seen you since 2017!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Since 2017!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Xanthoma palpebra does happen a lot but it does happen mostly women and it happens in general public 1.5 % of the time. I've seen 20,000 people 0ver the past 11 years and I only know of 4 people who have had that. Wait 4 people????? it happens 1.5 % in the general population. Dr Larsen has seen 20,000 people over the past 11 years. That means he should have seen it at least 300 people with xanthoma palpebra!!! but how many has he seen?????? He has seen it 4 time. Is he a god?????? Is he a miracle worker, is he= magic. How could it beth at something so common as 1.5 % and he does
3 eye filler Patients a day, more than any dr in Utah AND HAS ONLY SEEN IT 4 TIMES AND NOT 300???????
What how is that possible???? Dr Larsen has laser and would have loved to help with a problem that for some reason happen much much , much , much more than in his patients!!!!! much lesss the general population and has the best laser to treat this problem but he has not seen this patient IN ALMOST 4 YEARS!!~!!!!!!!!

Did I yell. I don't know ???? Many people get xanthoma palpebra. 1..5% of public !!!!!!!!! if I caused any part of it I was will to help or give back her money. ????? I did EXACTLY what I was taught!!!! And there are other things I could do if we caused it because me and all other doctors working on the most complicated machine in the world, the humane body are not perfect!!!!!!!!!! , but did she come back ?????: no. but after 4 years now she post. since 2017!!!!!!!!!!!

and then you got a letter from my manager???? she has worked here few years!!!!! 2017. she has worked here years but not since 2017. sorry. that almost 4 yeARS AGO!!!!!!!!
and for warning women. I never advertise for under eye filler!!!!!! have you ever seen me advertise for under eye filler ?????? once have you seen me advertise for under eye filler ?????? have you once. not one time have I ever advertised ever and yet it is the procedure I do more than any proc endure every day!!!!!!!! it is what I'm preferred to more than anything I do 3 a day without any advertisinfg. ill tell you what. ill give you $10,000 if you can name one dr that does 3 under eye fillers a day. You need to warn women. your are a lier. more people come to me than anyone ion the USA

then she writes is there any risk??? filler in the eye, the arm, the ankle,. the thigh. it is the humane body. of course there are risk and she signed every paper. you take a Tylenol there is bigger risk than filler under your eye. what is the risk of Tylenol?????? lets try it kills more people than any drug in the world.. do not want the risk then die."
I think his response proves that he is unstable and not a man who should be allowed to practice medicine better than I ever could.
