I had a very good impression of Caroline Webber-Brown from the first time that I spoke to her. We discussed a potential claim for Medical Negligence. She was is a combination of professional, empathic, responsive and knowledgeable. She listened carefully and quickly identified the relevant areas. Throughout the process, Caroline was easily contactable and responded quickly. She was backed up in this by her excellent team who demonstrated the same characteristics.
There was a time when I wavered in my decision to proceed. Caroline listened to my concerns, and took them seriously. She gave another perspective, but left the decision entirely to me.
She was also an excellent bridge between me and Counsel (also very helpful and professional) on the day of the hearing which made the process during the hearing significantly easier.
Throughout the process, clear written and verbal communication was provided by Caroline of costs and likely recompense. This was important, since this was my first time in such proceedings, and that aspect of the process could easily have been overwhelming.
