Everything was straight forward from the initial design with Helena to the fitting. Good communication throughout with a call to confirm fitter's name and the time he was expected. Spreading the payments to helped make our decision and the fact that our existing sliderobes from Ispwich still looking and going strong after about 20years!

To find a company who do what they say, when they said they would do it by and keep you fully informed throughout the whole process, it’s a refreshing change. From Nicole in Sales to Mark the installer and his mate, nothing was too much to ask, any request was met with a positive response. If there was 6 stars, they certainly deserve them!

Fantastic service from start to finish from Sliderobes Ireland. Adriana, our designer, is a master of her craft. In-person and onsite consultations, changed our design fom amazing to perfection. Yvonne in the office was superb to deal with in all communications. Lastly our fitter Fergus, on time, professional and super tidy. He fitted the raw materials into a work of art. Our dining units are a statement piece in our kitchen/dining space and we just love it. Happy to recommend Sliderobes Ireland and the team. A premium quality product and service at a competitive price point. Only time will tell how the units serve us but there's a decent warranty too.

Writing this review on sliderobes because of the terrible service we experienced. They made wrong sizes to start with and only put it right when forced after 1yr of court proceedings. Company shut down not paying any legal fees then opened up again still as sliderobes. In my opinion they are very expensive for medeoka wardrobes. When a damper on a door stopped working after many calls and being ignored, I thought I will review and warn others. I am only commenting on the Belfast branch UK ones might be better.

The initial design appointment with Ben was fine. I then wanted to change the slide wardrobes slightly and had to ring a few times to finally get someone to come round and remeasure. The style of the handles had not been sorted during the initial contact, so inorder to do so I had to travel to Ipswich from my home in Clacton. The fitter arrived on the agreed date and did nothing but complain and moan. He didn't realise he had to take out my old wardrobes, which he of course moaned about, the next day he moaned that it should have been a two man job, you get the picture, he moaned about everything. He was rude and obnoxious the whole time he was in my home. He didn't have the doors for my bathroom cabinets, as agreed, and managed to rib out my skirting board and damage my bed. The office, via the telephone informed me that would send someone else to remeasure the two doors that had not been fitted. I had no further contact from them for over 7 months when they emailed me asking for payment. They stated the doors could not be fitted due to the shape of my bathrooms, this is ridiculous as there had been doors on the cabinets! Obviously they had NEVER made the doors. As I had already had the bathrooms decorated and the old doors removed, ready for the news ones, this will cost me money to have new doors made and fitted. They at no point offered to supply the doors, they had previously agreed to make inorder for me to get them fitted by someone else. So I will have to spend more money, on top of the money to repair the damage their fitter did to the skirting and bed.

Great experience from start to finish. Design appointments were efficient without any hint of pressure selling I got from some other potential suppliers. Quality/price balance appeared good compared with a couple of other quotes I had. Install completed this week absolutely on-time, with no mess or disturbance and the finished quality is excellent. Would definitely recommend Sliderobes and will be using them again for another room we need to get done.

Just had our 3rd set of sliderobes fitted. Great product, great service, tidy workmen, great sales staff. They serviced the old robes whilst fitting the new ones, which were over 10 yrs old.

I have read some of the recent reviews before writing this, and was surprised at the negative ones, then realised there are several Sliderobes across the country.
My experience with Sliderobes Ipswich has been exemplary. I have used them for 6 units now, such is my confidence in them. I had a visit from their biggest competitor before going ahead with Sliderobes again. There was no comparison. The quality of finish, the endless choice, similar pricing, everything went sliderobes way.

Just had our 2nd wardrobe fitted, previous one was 7 years ago but we have since moved house. We knew what to expect in terms of product quality, competitive price and professional installation and once again this company delivered from start to finish.

We saved up for 7 years to get fitted wardrobes so we went to a lot of effort to find the right company. We visited showrooms of all the big companies and invited a couple to come and give us proper estimates. We eliminated quite a few because despite saying they could offer a bespoke service they actually couldn't. We wanted a specific depth and sliding doors to maximise the space. The first company to come and estimate just tried to bulldozer us into a design which suited their build rather than our needs.
Alex from Sliderobes came and it was a refreshing experience. He really listened to us and worked with us to give us what we need but with his experienced advice to ensure the solution was robust and maximise the space.
We then moved onto materials and hardware and they had a much better range than the others who came around. We were able to select just what we needed.
Then onto price. Instead of giving us a hugely inflated price we got the end price right away. No silly business. We made the decision there and then to go ahead.
The fitting was just 4 weeks later. The main fitter was Craig with Harry coming occasionally when it needed a second pair of hands. Craig managed everything. He worked neatly and kept everything covered and cleaned up afterwards. It honestly went without a hitch. It all finished a few days ago. We have filled them up and found no issues. They look spectacular. It feels like we are living in a boutique hotel. I will definitely recommend Sliderobes.

We are very pleased with our replacement Sliderobes doors. The quality of the doors are very good and the rip out of the old doors and installation of the new doors were done to a high standard. The only negative was finding metal fragments in the carpet even though they were vacuumed afterwards. My own vacuum sorted that out. The original doors lasted 24 years and the internal structure is still going strong. Everyone at Sliderobes were very pleasant to deal with. So we are going to get a new Sliderobes wardrobe in another room.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I’m making an exception now. Sliderobes ireland have just completed a Job for me, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The quality workmanship form Diarmuid was outstanding. Let alone the professionalism.

From initial contact, through design and fitting Sliderobes have been fantastic. Kept me fully informed and the quality of the fitting is first class.

Sliderobes have just fitted wardrobes in 3 of our bedrooms. From the start of the process the company are fabulous to deal with from our intimal visit to the showroom with Gaby, to Alex and his knowledge and ability to translate our requirements into a great drawing, right through to the amazing Carl fitting the wardrobes and then Helen and Katherine who are a delight to work with over the phone. We are absolutely delighted with the end result and the process to get there.

From start to finish we have had a very good experience with sliderobes, Wirral. From going to showroom and meeting Karen. Ted calling out the following week at the time and day arranged to do the survey, discuss our plans and design the wardrobes.
The pre courtesy calls from Rachael, followed by a post installation courtesy call. The completion of wardrobes being installed on the arranged day by Andy who worked none stop and completed the job within 6 hours to a very high standard. We are extremely pleased with the end result and would definitely recommend sliderobes.

Very positive experience during the design appointment. Experienced and knowledgeable designer (director) and good products and service by the look of it. I needed some time to get more quotes and visit the showroom but ultimated followed up around 10 days later. I asked for some minor design changes and it took a week to receive an updated quote after multiple texts and a phone call to the generic phone number (no explaination as to what may have caused the delay just very basic apology). I had also requested a full recap of dimensions which I didn't get so I gently chased also asking for some reassurance in terms of comms delays and questions around fitting for my consideration. It's been nearly a month and I never heard back. I'm actually baffled. They didn't even wait for an order to be placed to drop the ball which is a big red flag to me echoing what reviews already say about poor aftercare in some instances. I didn't feel like I was valued at all as a potential customer and this has proven to be an absolute waste of my time (and theirs as they didn't seem to be wanting the business in the end). Speechless.

Had a media unit and wardrobes fitted by a very experienced Michael. The job was well executed and the rooms look grand.
