Don't buy from this company if you are expecting it to be Australian or work. When the product finally arrived after 5 weeks, it's from China. I was also charged extra from checkout to what PayPal charged. This was quickly refunded once I questioned it. They offer - Trial eligibility – 100% of the payment amount refunded within 180 days at a cost of $3.99USD, which for me was a small price to pay for peace of mind. But don't actually trial the product past 10 days. This apparently is their cut-off period? Considering that it is a one a week dose, there isn't much of a trial period. I gave the product 6 weeks with zero noticeable changes. I can't complain that they do not respond to my emails promptly, however they say the same thing over and over: "Apologies for all the trouble this has caused you.
I want you to know that we have observed some crucial information in your complaint concerning our products and services." My next step is PayPal to try to recover my money. I'm still kicking myself for not reading reviews first which I usually do.

I purchased from these guys, said free postage and $60 approx, after I pressed buy it had charged me over $100 including $40 for postage, then to top it off they sent 10 days of the oral things and so many boxes of some stupid Nasal rings that I know nothing off. Will not refund because I took to long to ask. I waited 20 minutes after purchase to start getting a refund WTF. 🤬 think I got scammed really bad

What a waste of money
Do not consider purchasing this product doesn’t work at all comes out of China had no affiliation to Royal Melbourne Hospital. Fake fake fake.

False advertising scam artists. Claim to be an Australian company, selling an Australian made and certified product. All lies. They are in China and do not respond to messages or emails regarding their products or unauthorised extra charges they make on your account upon purchase. I have emailed and messaged this company via their website multiple times demanding they cancel my order and return the money they took from my account and they have not responded.
I was alerted to the extra charges by my bank when they flagged this as suspicious transactions and I have logged a case with my bank but they are now also trying to contact the company.
I paid via PayPal, so lodged a dispute with them but they have also said I need to wait for a response from the company before they can take further action.
In the meantime I have been taken for a ride of $141.90 😡🤬

All crap doesn't work. Scam stay away from anything to do with this lot.

They claim Australia product made in Australia not true Chinese company order finally arrived today it took over a month to arrive. In the mean I have emailed many times with no response I wish to return the products. Also was charged $78AUD with $40 exchange rate. Until I get a response with a return address I'm stuck with a box of rubbish

SCAMMERS. I have ordered the products and have received confirmation and then absolutely nothing. No tracking of the delivery. Have sent 3 emails and still nothing.

Went to make a purchase from this site.
Payment was made with pay in 4 with PayPal.
It kept on doing very unusual things processing the payment.
It then kept on telling me to place my order even though I did.
I then look and I have no order.
Money has come out of my account through PayPal.
I phoned PayPal, and luckily they have said there is no order and it is an authorisation transaction and will be back in my account in 5 business days.

My suggestion is to avoid this compay

Tried to purchase, took extra from my account. Lucky for me my bank saw it as fraud.

This is not an Australian made product, it's made in China. Customer service is absolutely shit, I have sent a few emails with no response at all.

I ordered oral liquid from the Slimcrafter page and have heard nothing after sending several emails to question why I was overcharged, but to make it worse I haven’t even received the goods! Here is my one and only response prior to paying for the product.
