Absolute joke, wanting to withdraw winnings and having nothing but issues. Have to wait 24 hours but all FAQ state instant withdrawals. If they fail the payment the 24 hours starts again. Chat staff all give same response “needs to go through to the relevant team” again FAQ states staff on hand 24/7 to help. Will never use again!!!

Withdrew £200 after spending over £300 said withdrawal was completed 12th March said I have had money sent 3 bank statement still asking for me apparently can't prove they have sent?Just want my money

Claims instant payouts... not true!!! Have to wait 24hrs for the pending payment to be "Reviewed" apparently before the payment is issued and then 1-3 days before you actually receive your funds 🙄

Waiting on a £400 withdrawal, waited 24 hours and it was rejected due to technical issues… I’ve re done it. If it gets processed I’ll update, although I think unlikely. Avoid,

Don’t play here at first I made my firsr withdrawal went in my account within 3 hours withdrew again and still waiting Nearly 2 days later live chat say the same thing over and over looks like they lure people in and then not pay out I thought they would be ok as their sister sites with 30bet and q bet and I have never had a issue with them before but looks like am wrong stay away don’t waist ur time and money UPDATE THEY FIANALLY PAID OUT

I joined slotexpress and found no problem depositing funds. There was/is a wide range of slots and casino games to play and all are easy to play and understand.
The issue comes when you try to make a withdrawal. Firstly, you need to be verified, and that I completed. You then fill out “bank transfer” input your iban number then they ask for a clearance number (which confused me) and found out it is a combination of sort code and account number. I have tried six times to withdraw but each time I get an email stating I’m inputting my details in wrong, even though I have followed their instructions on each occasions. I’m not sure if it is some kind of scam company but I’d be very thoughtful before putting your hard earned money into this casino until it sorts out its withdrawal system!
