Ive been trying to self exclude, set limits and close my account since March 22.
*Update* This place needs to be shut down!!
Its now April 14, the casino has demanded i correct my review...because I included my managers name they didnt dispute anything in the review or close my account🙄
On April 10 the agent asked me to provide a reason for self exclusion. I immediately gave my reasons as i have in previous emails. My account is still open.
I have tried in chat, email and WhatsApp they will not respond to any messages asking for a deposit limit or to close/self exclude my account. I beg them to self exclude my account. Im always met with I need to just wait for my " VIP manager" which by the way blamed a fake cancer diagnosis for her lack of communication.

I've emailed my "vip manager" numerous times (March 22,23,24,25 and April 2, 5th) begging to close my account due to my gambling addiction. My emails went unanswered. Apparently she's on "vacation" yet, I emailed requesting to keep my account open on March 26, within 4 mins I received a reply from "Malcolm" telling me my account is open. It was never closed I just didn't want to deposit money and they close the account.. I went to chat asked to put a monthly deposit limit, apparently that too is handled by email. Which they won't respond to if youre trying to use any responsible player tools.
I have played at MANY online casinos I have NEVER had this hard of a time using responsible player tools... this place is the absolute worst!

I tried reaching out to my manager in chat, email & whatsapp for 48 hrs no response in chat the other agents were rude and would tell me its not their job i have to just wait for my manager to email they would straight up just refuse to help. Sorry but the interactions I have recieved from "Vip" support have gone downhill since I questioned why my payouts were taking so long. They had previously informed me as a "vip" player cashouts would be faster but only the first one was, the rest have been slow. The slowest cashout request was submitted on March 21...but on March 23rd for some reason the date of that request changed to March 23...and is currently still sitting in their pending stage. When I questioned this "vip" support didn't answer and now they have blocked me from accessing the support on the app. I can use all other tabs seamlessly but the support tab isn't functioning. Waiting for close to $6000 in cashout requests dating back from March 21 - March 25. Update 25/3 after slotsgallery reply- I won't be responding directly to them because they don't resolve issues but rather make them worse however while I was playing a slot game on their website on 25/3 the support page randomly appeared on my screen (without any prompting whatsoever - which in of itself is questionable practise) so they obviously read my trustpilot review& re-enabled the support tab! and as I said they also want me to contact them so they can better understand my review but HELLO I've already frustratingly sent several email and chats these past 3 days with seemingly (inadequate) A.I responses which is why I've resorted to posting this review...PS update 25/3 - they've processed ONE withdrawal of $2399.9 which I submitted on Mar 21, I also submitted another one for $1400 on the same date but that is still pending.....so still waiting on 4 more withdrawals ($3222 total)! They say cashouts for Vip players are faster (their words) but 4 days (and still waiting) for other cashout requests to be processed isn't acceptable. Having dealt directly with slotsgallery on several occassions and getting no where is the reason I posted this here but that to me suggests a bipartisan agreement between them. Is Trustpilot to be trusted? I do not think so!

I requested the cashbacks for my last couple of sessions totalling 5K-6K of deposits with no response from customer support or the VIP support team. The request is inline with their terms & conditions not mine.
