It's a pity this site is so bad, it has a huge variety of games and when depositing by PayPal the withdrawal is fast. Unfortunately this is as good as it gets. The wins and bonuses are few and far between and when you do get the bonus they usually pay out between £2 and £5. Your money goes very quickly. I have used the site for around 3 months and it's very difficult to self exclude, I still haven't figured out how to. After some searching you can block your account for 30 days but then they automatically unblock it and send you an email to encourage you to start losing your money again. Pretty rubbish site, not worth playing

Slotmagic and playojo are very similar. My advice is to steer clear. You will never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever win anything. Most of their slots are bait and switch. I’ve gambled online for over 20 years now and with countless casinos. This one is hands down the worst when it comes to speaking with agent and withdrawals are nearly impossible. Uploaded documents which were verified then attempted to make a withdrawal and it wouldn’t allow me to do so stating I need to have documents verified which they already were. Had to wait an extra day until I could in fact make a withdrawal. In there terms and conditions they say withdrawals will pass the pending stage at midnight GMT time but mines has been pending for days now. I have attempted to reach out for support via email and chat and once in a while days later I receive a generic response that doesn’t clarify anything other than miraculously they seem to be doing much more withdrawals than normal… (I’ve seen this song and dance before). It’s just a stalling technique used by poorly run casinos in hopes a player with reverse a withdrawal and have you play through it to avoid paying out. I’m assuming this casino is facing major financial hardship due to their lack of ability to pay out. Amount I’m waiting on is $5,000.00.

I made a deposit of 10$ and it didn’t appear on my account.
I wrote to them and never received answer.
The transfer application sent me a message that the website redeemed me the money, but never receive. Since that, everytime I’m looking to talk to an agent the chat close,change the agent, left me on read, and at the end…. Never received the balance of it either in my slotsmagic account , either in my bank account.

Don’t recommend this site , they stole my money .

They owe me $1225.35 and will not send it to me. I self excused myself because I have a gambling addiction. My verification page said no need to upload documents so I felt it safe to do so. Then the requested my drivers license my utility bill and my bank statement
NOW they want to know my beneficiary.
I refuse to give them that information.
Do not play on their site if you win you’ll never get your money from them
