Absolute saviour for all women with small feet who want affordable small shoes. Have ordered several pairs and never had any issues at all with the company. Delivery is always fast, shoes fit well, if I ever had to return any if too big full refunds are offered. Since barratts tall and small went I searched for ages to find a company who offered small shoes for small feet and this is def the place. God send!!!!

So glad i found this company. Having struggled for many years to find affordable small shoes and i came across this company and placed my first order (not my last either may i add)
Delivery is always very fast, shoes are good quality and very good fit for me. Could not fault this company one bit and would recommend to anybody.

I bought a pair of shoes from smallfeet.co.uk, 3 hours after I placed the order I emailed them requesting to cancel the order and received no reply. Another email the following day and days later and still no reply. I called the company many times, nobody ever answered the phone. I emailed them again 4 days after I placed the order, they finally replied stating that the order has been dispatched and is too late to cancel it, therefore I need to pay return shipping for a refund. Now It has been 10 days and I still have not received the shoes. Please bear in mind that this company only accept paypal as a method of payment. DO NOT ORDER FROM SMALLFEET. You will be very disappointed like I am. Now I have to open a dispute with paypal to get the money back. This company is a total scam.
