Smart for Life Avaliações

Absolutely LOVE the Smart for Life products and diet. I would recommend it to anyone. It is simple, it WORKS and it is very easy. If you are on the fence - DEFINITELY give it a shot, you will love it. They will also answer any questions you have when you call their number. You will notice results for sure and it is not hard to follow and do -- it is the easiest diet and worked the best of any I have tried.

If you have the challenge of keeping your weight in check, using this company and its products will be very helpful in your quest. I love cream in my coffee without the calories!

Everything I have had so far has been fresh tasting. My favorite are the protein bars (peanut butter is my favorite) then the cookies as snacks (banana chocolate chip is my favorite).

Got my cookies right away.
Easy to order.

Really good way to manage your weight.
Oatmeal Raisin cookies for 5 years now.
Thanks for being there!

Good would have liked samples of other items you have

I love the idea, and I love the taste of cookies; works for me so far. But I'd love to have some not-sweet options... may be it's doable? Would be great!

I like having it with my coffee in the morning cause I usually don't eat breakfast, and also, its best to carry it with you when you are on the run.

I've used Smart for Life cookies before and found success with them. After only a week I feel better and my boyfriend has noticed I've already lost weight. He was a skeptic but no more.

I started Smart for Life with the variety pack from Costco because the price was exceptional. Love the cookies and lost 11 pounds the first month! I also purchased the bars from Costco which are also delicious and very filling. I am definitely re-purchasing both the cookies and bars. Looking for a little more variety, I decided to purchase the enrobed cookie variety pack directly from Smart for Life. The delivery was very fast. The enrobed cookies - both chocolate and peanut butter - are Exceptional! I will definitely repurchase these as well. Because of the price, I save the enrobed cookies for dessert, my last cookie of the day. I am very pleased with the Smart for Life products I have tried and will definitely continue until I reach my goal.

It is easy to follow the cookies are delicious. Cupcakes are also delicious

The only diet after menopause that allowed me to loose 14 pounds in just 8. Weeks.........I keep a pacakage with me all the time and I know that every two hours I can have a delicious cookie. I break my protein allowance down so that I eat half for lunch and half for dinner. I always save a cookie for my evening snack. These cookies really make you feel like you are eating a cookie and not dieting.

Great product, excellent service
