Aaron and Lee from smile air-conditioning came to fit two units in my house, they were professional polite, hard-working and very tidy. I was extremely pleased with the results. I would highly recommend smile air-conditioning to everybody. The work was carried out without any mess all the cardboard and other detritus was put neatly in my bins by Aaron and Lee. Then I was shown how to use the Aircon with the manual device . The whole installation took about four hours there was some drilling but it didn’t last for long and the units are absolutely fantastic. The cool air comes out immediately and then you can turn the temperature down if you wish. I was then contacted a couple of days later to ask if I was happy with the results which of course I was and then I made payment by bank transfer. The guys were on time, very respectful of my property hard-working and efficient. I checked different prices of different companies and these were by far the best priced and with excellent products so highly recommended ,thank you so much kind regards, Karen.

From the moment that we contacted Smile for a qote to the time they had fitted the units we had very good, propmt service. The contact with the office was friendly and informative. The men who did the fitting were polite and friendly as well as keeping us informed about the fitting.

Brilliant team of engineers, and survey teams. Got 3 ACs installed so far in past 2 years. ACs are units are perfect but whats important is team that handles installation, this is superb team.

Really straightforward honest quote with no hidden extras or upselling, helped advise me to keep things cheaper than my original ideas would have been, really great install - prompt, clean, kept me informed throughout, excellent finishing - and the final product is amazing, no more suffering in heatwaves. Highly recommended, and much cheaper than some larger national companies wanted to charge me.

Air conditioning supply is a bit of a minefield and the industry seems to be the kind that attracts a lot of "cowboys".
I saw a few potential suppliers but was not convinced until I met Aaron from Smile.

Smile were excellent from start to finish. I rang around a few different installers who were all slow at coming back to me with costs, or were vague about what they needed. I originally got a quote a year ago and despite the price going up they still honored that quote which was very good of them.

The engineer was able to come quickly, was able to assess where the air con unit would sit in the loft. They then booked the install only a couple of weeks after that, which took a few hours.

It looks great and most importantly our loft is nice and cool now. Highly recommended!

I contacted SMILE Air Conditioning to install 3 AC units, and from start to finish, the experience was excellent. Aaron and Julian were incredibly kind and helpful they recommended the best energy-efficient, quiet units with low power consumption.

We had air conditioning installed in the main bedroom of our Edwardian house which is prone to being extremely hot in the summer. The process was quick and all done in a day. The lads were very tidy and the installation was spot on. Cannot be more positive…. An excellent addition to the house!

The team is so professional from start to finish. It is my third aircoms in two years and it is the best thing I've ever done!

Having installed an Aircon unit for our bedroom last year, we got Smile back again to install one in our kitchen/garden room which has large glass doors so gets v hot in the summer. As before, from the original visit to advise on spec, through to the installation today, they have been absolutely excellent, great at communication and a pleasure deal with. And the kitchen is currently beautifully cool despite today’s hot weather. What’s not to like?! I couldn’t recommend Aaron, Kyle, Gary and their colleagues more highly.

From the outset the team including Aaron and Josh were always there to assist. The materials arrived early and the engineers arrived on time to undertake the works.
They installed the AC unit and pipeworks efficiently and effectivley and tidied up afterwards, this was a bonus!!!
A couple of sandwiches and coffees later the guys were gone.
I will definatley use these again and many thanks to the whole team.

Procurement - The ordering of the Aircon unit and the discussions over the telephone was warm and cordial. The guidance provided by Joshua (SMILE company director) was second to none.

Installation - I had a unit procured and 2 engineers were present promptly on the agreed date. The two individuals were polite and also provided guidance on where the indoor and outdoor unit should be installed even though I had my preferred area, the pros and cons of my preferred installation location was explained to me, which was a breath of fresh air.

Flexibility - I believe SMILE have the brand of air conditioners that they instal more due to popularity however, they procured the make of my choice so essentially, they are very flexible unlike some of other AC companies that can only instal a specific brand.

Quality - the installation was neat and tidy, the indoor unit was straight and clean with no dirt marks left on the wall. The outdoor unit was also well installed with the coils covered up with black trunks.

To wrap this up, I will use them again and again. This is a honest review from a customer who had his AC unit installed on 13/05/2025.
