The Professional Snagging Company Avaliações

I contacted the Professional Snagging Company after reading their fantastic reviews and seeing their website information and prices etc. After
making an enquiry, I was contacted shortly after by Phil, who was very knowledgeable and helpful, and talked me through the process and expectations of having a Pre-Completion Inspection. His expertise was a huge reassurance. Once I booked and paid a small deposit I was contacted by the Inspector, Rory, who was very kind and polite on the phone and explained the way he likes to work and the checklist he uses which was also emailed to me
so I knew what to be aware of. After the
Inspection, I had the report within 2 days, emailed in high-definition photos, excellently presented and well delegated to which department was responsible for what work that needed to be
done. My site managers team worked
immediately to remedy every single snag within just 3 weeks! I was amazed at the thorough report and the speed at which the site manager and his team responded. Needless to say it was the best money spent! Cheree took care of any enquiries I had during the process too, and her knowledge was invaluable to helping me make the right decisions and take the right action to ensure I had peace of mind. I can't thank this company enough for being a great assurance to people like myself, who would have not otherwise known what work the house needed. Within one month of completing, I am now moved into my safe, comfortable home and feel very thankful to have used this company. I would highly recommend them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great service. Rory, a really nice guy came and done a thorough snag on our new build. Pointing out lots of stuff on the way. Got the report the following day. Would highly recommend.

Steve has been amazing with the detail on the Snag report and he made sure he covered all areas and took time at the end to explain everything to us. An investment for the future that everyone should make when buying a new build.

I was really pleased with Marcus’s work from the Professional Snagging Company. He spent nearly 7 hours conducting a thorough inspection of my new home, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and professionalism throughout. Marcus identified all visible defects, snags, and even subtle imperfections that I would have easily missed on my own. The report he provided was detailed, well-organized, and easy to understand, complete with clear photos and recommendations. His dedication and expertise gave me real peace of mind. I strongly recommend the Professional Snagging Company to anyone purchasing a new property—you’ll be in very capable hands.

Easy coordination, comprehensive report. Very satisfied

Booking with PSC was incredibly easy on the website. The staff on the phone were knowledgeable and explained the range of packages clearly. Ross, the snag inspector/surveyor, was highly professional and did an excellent job. He was also more than happy to answer any questions I had both before and after the inspection. The snagging report was produced the very next day! An amazing company that I highly recommend.

Steve was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything as he went along and the whole process from start to finish was smooth and painless. Would 100% recommend!

Tony was very thorough with the survey and we thank him for that

Booking system was easy to use. Service was excellent and the report very detailed and useful. Consultant was early and very knowledgeable.

Professional from start to finish, the report is thorough and extremely helpful in getting items resolved.

It highlighted things we hadn’t seen and was well worth the fee.

Our surveyor, Rory, was excellent and very friendly, a credit to you.

It gave us real peace of mind knowing what was good and what needed resolving.

Rory is professional. His report is comprehensive and definitely included something I should have missed if he didn’t point out. Great experience.

Quick and professional

Very thorough and found things I had missed. Also picked up things I couldn’t check such as the thermal which picked up a small gap on a window. Definitely worth getting them in and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Surveyor produced an extremely comprehensive report complete with photos and clearly and concisely giving an easy to read overview.

Shannon is very knowledgeable and experienced in snagging issues and house maintenance recommendations. Thanks a lot, Shannon!

Excellent service-Tony was both professional, thorough and highly knowledgable. Would highly recommend getting this done to anyone purchasing a new build property!

Really impressed with the surveyor who attended site, they were very knowledgeable and put me at ease as a lay person while also being fluent in building and planning.

I would highly recommend people to use this service for the extremely comprehensive service supplied.

Worth their weight in gold. Steve came out to do my inspection and was so thorough. He was friendly and approachable and was clearly very good at his job.

He made sure to alert my attention immediately to some of the more serious/pressing concerns found and then also collated all of the issues, well over a hundred, less obvious ones.

The report made clear why they counted as snags as the report is going to be so helpful to me, especially given it is a shared ownership property and had apparently already had its snags corrected!

I would never have even known to look for the faults found. I am so glad I went with the company.

The inspector we had was amazing! He showed me all the important bits and explained how they should have been.

Sarfaaz was our snagging inspector, he did an excellent service and was very thorough and gave a detailed inspection report. A comprehensive and most helpful survey highlighting the defects in our new home. The inspector reports the problems and clearly explained and rated the issues in terms of their severity to us. Overall an amazing service all round and thank god I did the snagging inspection with the Professional Snagging Company.
