Absolutely terrible. Takes them ages to reply to you and even then they ignore what you ask. I asked for my payments to be lowered 3 times due to me splitting up with my partner but they took the full payment then tried to take it a second time a few days later. Everytime they have took a payment since I had tge loan they have tried to take a second payment days later. They have to be the worse ever loan company I have dealt with. Stay away go elsewhere as they are a nightmare

I am trying to get a response following multiple contact attempts. They tell me to text but no response. I filled in an affordability form, no response, then got asked to fill in the same form again. In the meantime receiving multiple contacts about making the payment!!

I have now got through and the lady I spoke to was very helpful. My issue has now been resolved

I have been a Snap Finance customer for several years, and I cannot praise them enough. They are very straightforward in their dealings, no shady small print, no taking extra direct debit payments, and the customer service team is brilliant. Why can't every company be like this? I really don't know. Well done, Snap Finance. Please don't change anything.

I applied for snap finance to complete an online course however I decided to not go through with it and pay upfront instead. Since making the initial application I have been absolutely bombarded with messages multiple times a day, sometimes at 9:30pm and now today on Good Friday. I understand they contact people to have them sign up but to send as many messages as they have sent me is borderline harassment. I’ve blocked multiple phone numbers but then received messages from different numbers. I was ignoring them hoping they would stop after a while but clearly they didn’t. I did reply to the message today to tell them to leave me alone and thankfully I haven’t had one since. So just a pre warning for anyone thinking of using this company, prepare to be tortured.

Update: 5 days after being asked to leave me alone, I am still being sent text messages and emails from this company!

Would give a minus if I could. Very rude, ignorant company that fail to let you know either way. With customer service (the lack of) like this, take your custom elsewhere.

The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and resolved my issue within 5 mins. She promised to speak to the retailer and get back to me which she did, prime example of what great customer service is 10/10

Second time I’ve used them. I found them really helpful and easy to use. You can set your own timeline and payments. What I found really useful was that no one pressured you to spend or use more than you wanted too. I was given choices on how much I wanted to borrow and time scale to pay back. I chose not to use all that I could off and was not once encouraged to use more. Fantastic service. Also send emails to tell me when the payments are coming out every month.
