The blinds look lovely,slats marginally short.
The blinds look lovely. The slats are 1 cm too short. I gave the measurement of 65cm and the fixing bar at the top is 65 cm but the slats are 64. If the slats were 65 they would have been perfect. When they first went up I was a tad disappointed but the difference is minimal enough that I don't notice it and think they look lovely.

Their website is misleading and if you are not happy with what you get, then their management try to misinterpret the T&C’s as they please so they would have a reason not to refund you. I would give zero stars but Trustpilot does not allow it!

We are sorry you are not happy with the blinds received. As already discussed, the images displayed on our website match the blinds delivered. The photo supplied by you of a close-up of the blind is inevitably going to be different to an image of the full design. We offered the option to order a free sample before ordering the blinds to ensure the fabric matched your requirements, but this was taken.
We do not misinterpret our terms. Our terms are displayed on our website for all customers to view and have no space to be misinterpreted by customers or us.
Again, we are sorry you are not happy with your purchase. We do our utmost to ensure customers can order free samples, view a selection of images and read our terms before ordering.

Lovely blinds but fragile frames
I've ordered a total of 8 perfect fit blinds from this company, of which 4 were broken - 2 of these I managed to use with a bit of creative diy, 1 needed a replacement part and the other had to be replaced entirely. The snap-in clips that attach the frames together arrived broken off - obviously not strong enough or else were not constructed with care.

V easy to order, poor delivery
V easy to order, good prices but no communication about delivery so had to ring up to chase. I got a call back once checked with warehouse and apology that delivery had been missed or similar phrase. Was told would arrive in 2 more days and it did but no info from company or courier again. Product is good and right measurements.
