The most amazing personalised experience ever! Have had many sofas over the years from Sofa workshop and was introduced to Sofas and Stuff by a wonderful lady who bought my old sofa and she introduced me to this wonderful company. Paola from St Albans was exceptional and there were absolutely no questions asked when I had to return my chair. Hayley from customer care was unbelievable and there was no problem at all in getting the resolution. From the delivery team to customer care the overall experience has been exemplary. A real credit to the owner Andrew, who I remembered from over 30 yrs ago at Sofa Workshop in Tottenham Crt Rd, London
As a company, you must be extremely proud. You take the utmost care in helping us choose the right sofa and the right material and the whole service is really individualised.

Excellent service
From the people arranging delivery in the office to Martyn and Jake who delivered our sofa they were very professional, helpful and polite. Nothing was a problem, and they arrived at the time arranged. It was very helpful to receive a text message giving a time and the opportunity to say if any issues.

Outstanding service and beautiful quality sofas
I recently purchased two sofas from the Tunbridge Wells showroom at Sofas & Stuff, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Martina was incredibly helpful throughout—she gave us plenty of time to make our decision without any pressure and demonstrated excellent knowledge about the vast array of products.
The delivery service was fantastic, with everything running smoothly from start to finish. I’m so glad I chose to buy my sofas from here—the quality is outstanding, and the whole process exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Sally and Tatia at the Cheltenham store
Visited the Cheltenham store and met Sally and Tatia. They are both great with a wonderful knowledge of the range, both in terms of style and fabric. They have set up the showroom beautifully and you can get a terrific insight into the stunning range. We have two of the Alwinton chairs and are super happy. Customer Service at its best
The whole experience was exceptional, we spent a while with Ashley in your Tunbridge Wells Store, who gave us such excellent service being there when we needed her and recognising when we need time to discuss and think about our options. We spent a while pondering over firstly your range of sofas with so many to choose from then we were amazed at our choices of fabrics and the swatches arrived very quickly so we could decide at home. Ashley spent time making sure we got the best out of our 2 sofas my husband and I have quiet a difference in height so had different requirements these were considered and we had changes made to height, comfort levels and size of footstool which made it feel a very bespoke service, seeing the sofas in our chosen colours on the computer also helped. The wait was worth it, Gary & Stuart arrived on time and built a rapid relationship with us they were both very personable and gave us lots of suggestions about how to look after our furniture. Thank you to the whole team wonderful customer service.

THE PERFECT SOFA FROM SOFAS & STUFF
We had the very good fortune to visit Sofas & Stuff in WALTON earlier this year when we met Lawrence and subsequently Lana - two very kind and knowledgable people who guided us very gently through the complexity of a sofa purchase! They made the experience so easy and spent endless time with us sharing their invaluable knowledge. We purchased the most amazing sofa and we love every bit of it and we are forever grateful to this wonderful store. Yes we did look at other companies but nobody compared to Sofas &Stuff! The delivery was precisely as confirmed and the delivery team made sure that we were happy with our purchase before leaving us with a care package .. if only every home purchase was as professional as this.
