Very disappointing customer service
Very disappointing customer service. The mongolian jacket I ordered was labelled “made to order” yet arrived only 6 days after purchase, which makes that claim questionable. Despite politely requesting a bank refund, I was only offered store credit, even though the product was too large and the available selection is extremely limited. When I asked whether they could make an alternative design, I was told no, which contradicts the supposed benefit of “made to order.” This refund policy feels unfair and unethical.

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service from Long Legs London, which is a tall clothing subsidiary of Soho Wardrobe. They sent me the wrong item twice, took ages to respond to emails, advised me that they would refund me after I returned the second item, and since I returned the item have continued to ignore my emails and have not refunded me as promised. I have had to escalate it to PayPal. I've been out of pocket for an item I never received for almost two months now. Avoid.
