Goede communicatie en een snelle bemiddeling tussen mij en de fabrikant. Rechtstreeks met de fabrikant geprobeerd, maar deze had mij nog niet geantwoord toen het probleem al door deze leverancier was opgelost. Communicatie meestal nog dezelfde dag beantwoord en geen omwegen.

De powerbank die ik ontving, had een productie-probleem - dacht ik. Teruggestuurd, gelukkig viel het probleem mee. Ik kreeg heel snel en duidelijk antwoord en de powerbank was na uitgebreide controles ook heel snel weer in mijn bezit. Zo hoort het, vind ik.

De klantenservice reageerde gelijke met adequate informatie.

Ondanks de Black Friday korting waren ze een tikkeltje duurder dan bij Bluetti EU direct. Maar ik vind het wel zo fijn om bij een Nederlandse winkel te kopen.

Omdat dit een hele zware set is had ik gevraagd of ze hem tot in de huiskamer konden bezorgen. Dat kon niet. Later zag ik dat hun vervoerder deze service wel aanbood en daarom heb ik gevraagd of SPS hierover navraag wilde doen. Uiteindelijk bleek dit alleen mogelijk te zijn met een (hele dure) koerierdienst. Dus uiteindelijk toch gekozen voor standaardverzending.

Vandaag is de vracht op een pallet afgeleverd. Heel solide verpakt en zonder zichtbare schade aangekomen. De vervoerder maakt telefonisch een afspraak voor een bezorgdag en via track-en-trace kun je dit in de gaten houden.

Al met al komt SPS betrouwbaar over en ik zou er opnieuw bestellen.

It is a great shop, customer service responded within a day to emails, ordered multiple Ecoflow batteries with them, they send the items quickly, I am very satisfied, will order in the future.

After being sent 2 faulty wattstunde 200ah batteries and then being sent 2 further faulty batteries as replacements, they now after returning all they no longer respond to our emails.
Throughout the 3months of this circus they also advertise these batteries as being in stock but have failed to supply these products to us to complete our 48v system with functioning batteries, so how is that possible???
The original order of 2 x wattstunde 200 ah batteries started back in early june and has stil not been resolved to date.

Ich habe hier eine Ecoflow Delta MIni bestellt im April und Anfang August hat sich im Deckelbereich einen Riss gezeigt. Die Ware wurde umgehend zurückgenommen jedoch ist seitens der Firma keine Bereitschaft das mir der Artikel getauscht wird, sondern es wird behauptet, es sei kein Riss sondern nur der aufgetragene Lack gesprungen und sonst sei alles OK . Ecoflow direkt behauptet auch das es sich hier um einen Lackfehler handeln soll. Für mich ist das nicht nachvollziehbar, denn der Sprung-Riss
taucht plötzlich nach fast 4 Monaten Gebrauch auf .
Ich hatte mich bewusst für ein hochwertiges Gerät entschieden und für Eintausend Euro erwarte ich eine einwandfrei Ware .

Diverse producten gekocht en ik ben zeer tevreden mee mijn complimenten daarvoor .

Top winkel, super service aardige medewerker, en door zijn advies was ik ook nog is veel goedkoper uit als verwacht, een aanrader om hier heen te gaan!

Draagbaar zonnepaneel dubbel gekregen als cadeau. Goed product maar 2 is niet nodig. Retourlevering ging probleemloos en ook geld weer keurig terug ontvangen.

Tjonge, ik wou dat alle webbedrijven zo waren. Je krijgt wat je voor ogen hebt ( 100w vouwbaar solar panel, yeti en kabels) en dat nog eens snel.En nee ik wordt niet betaald voor deze revieuw. Een aanrader als je iets in de sfeer zoekt.Beste prijs ook.

When the item was delivered the outer box was damaged and no longer safe for the items to be returned in so when I requested the item to be returned I told the company that there was no outer box and that we just had the smaller inside box from this they would of known the carrier part of the order would not fit together in the smaller inner box. I did not use thin tape to tape both boxes together I used the correct brown thick packing tap and it was not just 3 little bits as said by the company I made sure before given it to ups that it wouldn't come apart this was a 56kg box so anyone with sense would not carry it by the smaller top box so it should not of come away from the bottom box at all [the bottom box has carry handles to be used) I have home CCTV footage of ups collecting the items and him carrying by the bottom box. When ups collected the box the man put 2 labels onto the box I was not told to put anything myself onto the box. They told me that they paid £70 for the item to be returned to them so they must have insurance with ups they are ups customers and as it was sent by me but lost by ups that is not.my fault I packed it as well as I could without having the correct bigger outer box to fit everything in which the company new about already.

Bestelling was met 1 dag binnen. Zat goed verpakt in een doos, geen schade of iets dergelijks.

Groot assortiment en redelijk wat op voorraad. De powerbank (xtorm XB100) die ik heb besteld werkt goed. Even afwachten of deze het ook over een langere tijd volhoud.

Kennisgeving is goed, en de bezorging werd goed en duidelijk aangekondigd.
