Do NOT shop here! There are so many superior options right outside.
I purchased a pair of trainers from this store. Within three months and from only regular use, the trainers were deteriorating to a point where they were no longer wearable. You will need trainers that last longer.
When I then queried it with the online service, I was told to return them to store for inspection. When I did that, I was told to contact an area service manager. When I did that, with multiple follow-ups, I eventually received a response that I could not receive a refund or even exchange for the trainers. This was a waste of not only my money, but also my time, for which I received no apology.
Your money and time are better spent elsewhere. There are better options for less money.

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals and delivered on time. However, I received an email confirming dispatch of one pair with nothing about other pair. I emailed customer service and they informed me one pair was coming with Evri and the other with Royal Mail. This wasn't a problem but it would have been better had I been told.

Very pleased with my first purchase from Soletrader. My merchandise was promptly shipped to here in the US and I had mistakenly ordered the item twice. With little effort they resolved the matter quickly to my complete satisfaction.

Thankfully they were for me and not a gift as the box was filthy dirty and totally damaged and taped up!

Order No: (DUX057432240). I purchased a pair of sandles on the Debenhams website which seemed to come direct from a third party seller/company called Sole Trader. I ordered a UK size 8 but recieved a EU size 41 with nothing stating it is a size 8. An EU size 8 is a 41. A UK size 8 is a size 42. Therefore the shoe sent was a size 7. A common mistake. I was told I had to send the shoe back to SoleTrader. I scanned their QR code on the Soletrader invoice but taken to another company who took the £2.95 for the so called reduced return, but did not provide the return lable. I contacted SoleTrader on their chat who said there was no record of me arranging a return. I was asked things over again. Then was told I had to pay to send the sandles back despite their QR code taking me somewhere where they now have my card details. Paypal tried to intervene however had no response from Debenhams. I purchased so many things from Debenhams and lots of shoes and sandles. But SoleTrader and these V.Gan sandles have ended this. I will not shop on Debenhams again as their 3rd party seller has a fake QR code that took my card details and zero customer services. Just a long conversation on a chat with no help. I have a pair of size 7 sandles and have to pay again to return them - again. I am worried about where my card details are. Lets see if Sole Trader give me my money back. I doubt it. Never again.

Was looking for some casual trainer/shoes for an evening out, SoleTrader was the first shop I visited when I got to Bluewater and I did not want to buy straightaway without looking at other shops selling a similar product, a few caught my eye in SoleTrader and then I went around to every other men’s shoe shop without any joy, came back to SoleTrader and made a purchase. Moral of the story sometimes the first shop/ shoe is the best one you are going to see for what you want, quality and value. Also the assistant, sorry didn’t get her name was very helpful.

Staff very polite and friendly. Picked a pair of trainers, the assistant brought my size, fitted well and bought them.

Nice shoes, ended a long search for chocolate brown loafers for my holiday! Great price and good quality. Happy customer.
