Sono rimasto soddisfatto dalla qualità e dalla rapidità del servizio, che mi ha permesso di entrare in contatto con diverse agenzie qualificate e competenti. Il servizio è stato semplice da usare e mi ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per scegliere l'agenzia più adatta alle mie esigenze.

I've found the website to be increasingly unreliable and frustrating since end of 2023... I was a service provider for many years, but it now charges significantly more while the quality of leads are low quality/ not real. Despite introducing numerous new features, the service quality has not improved.

Sortlist ist eine Plattform um Kontakt zwischen Auftraggebern und Agenturen herzustellen. Es ist sehr zeitaufwendig sich bei Sortlist detailliert zu präsentieren, vorher wird man gar nicht gelistet. Für die Bewerbung bei Opportunitys muss man eine Provision bezahlen. Eine einmonatige Testphase hat zu 19 Leads geführt. 16 davon komplett unqualifiziert. Von den drei qualifizierten Leads, ist ein Lead Gespräch nicht zustande gekommen, denn obwohl keine Mindest-Mitarbeiterzahl angegeben war, wurde wegen angeblich zu geringer Mitarbeiteranzahl abgelehnt. Für einen Lead wurde eine komplett unverhältnismäßige Vergütung gefordert, schließlich zahlt man für eine Bewerbung nicht für einen Auftrag. Der dritte Lead hat 2x geghostet. Auch hier ist keine Gespräch zustande gekommen. Ich kann nur abraten, es kostet sehr viel Zeit und ob man für das finanzielle Investment irgendetwas zurück bekommt ist sehr fraglich. Der Gipfel ist, dass Sortlist Agenturprofile nicht löschen lässt.

The visibility offered to companies on the platform is also a strong point. With verified reviews and case studies, it is easier to get a precise idea of the quality and expertise of partner agencies.

However, one aspect that could be improved is the control and verification of leads. Currently, this process does not seem to be optimized, which can sometimes result in less relevant matches or lead quality that falls short of expectations.

In summary, Sortlist provides a valuable service with a solid concept and excellent visibility for companies, but refining the lead verification process would further enhance the user experience.

I received a positive response almost immediately, followed up with a direct connection, speaking to the people that have the skills that I was looking for, in this case Mobile App developers. All within a week. Can't get much better!

La disponibilità e la gentilezza di Emilia, la mia referente; la velocità nelle risposta e la semplicità nell'utilizzo. Si sono applicate alla ns richiesta delle realtà assolutamente in linea con le nostre aspettative, tanto che stiamo valutando di acquistare un servizio più ampio di quello inizialmente pensato.

Idea buona ma inefficace, almeno nel nostro caso.
Ha risposto alla nostra richiesta una sola agenzia che aveva peraltro mal recepito le generalità della stessa nonostante una precedente call esplicativa ed una puntuale e completa compilazione del form di richiesta. La cosa andrebbe sviluppata con attività di affiliazione, che consenta di aumentare il bacino di offerta possibile, e soprattutto con maggiore interazione con le società aderenti per evitare di far perdere tempo prezioso a chi utilizza la piattaforma proprio con quest'ultimo fine

Unseriös! Trotz kostenloser Mitgliedschaft wurde uns ein teures Modul in Rechnung gestellt, das wir niemals bestellt hatten. Es gibt keinerlei Unterstützung für Agenturen, kein Onboarding – nichts, das hilft, die angebotenen Services zu verstehen. Das System scheint darauf ausgelegt zu sein, Agenturen in die Irre zu führen und sie für unterqualifizierte Leads bezahlen zu lassen, ohne dass ein echter Mehrwert geboten wird. Mein Rat: Finger weg von Sortlist!
