BUYERS BEWARE - almost £100 lost to this company!

UPDATE: Just to clear up some of the blatant lies made by Save our Souls in their response:
- The Royal Mail investigation was conducted in June 2021, and not "almost a year later" as stated here. Save our Souls know this - I emailed them on 9th June 2021 notifying them of the outcome. The only reason I got back in touch with Royal Mail a year later is because SoS asked for "concrete evidence", and I had lost the original letter.
- Royal Mail never asked me why I'd "waited a year to follow this up".
- The claim that Royal Mail stated delivery was not made is also untrue.

Save Our Souls might think that a customer losing almost £100 is a laughing matter, but I'm not sure Trading Standards will take the same view.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Bought a few tops from Save Our Souls in March 2021. Returned them because they didn't fit me (I blame the lockdown weight!) - only, the company claimed they never received my return.

Chased this up with Royal Mail, who launched a formal investigation into the missing package. Both the tracking data and the GPS location of the 'Delivered' scan proved that the return was successfully delivered.

I passed this info on to the company. Their response?

According to Save Our Souls, the proof of delivery letter from Royal Mail "does not prove delivery was made"🤦‍♂️

Almost a year on, they're still refusing to refund me, claiming they were closed on the day of delivery (apparently 'Safe Places' don't exist in Southend). That's £91.80 I'll never get back. Thanks, SOS.

Placed a order December 26th 2021 and was aware of the Christmas delivery schedule. It is now February 10th 2022 and have still not received my order. Have sent many emails requesting information on the where abouts of my order on save our souls side with no joy concerning my oder at all! I have also not received a confirmation from the relevant delivery persons to say they have even received this order from save our souls for delivery. I am at a loss as I have requested a refund via email recently in accordance to save our souls refund policy and they are now completely ignoring me. Will not be purchasing from them again unfortunately as this has left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Terrible service, returned two items due to the sizing being extremely small. Having a response by email saying 'there is a strong odor on the tee' that they will return the item to me. I'm sorry but trying on clothing a odor of some sort is bound to come off especially wearing perfume/aftershave or deodorant.

Quick delivery at a really busy time of year.

I was looking for something a bit different as a Christmas gift for my partner. Save our Souls delivered on time with an excellent quality tee shirt with a highly individual design!

I love the clothing options they are very me the only down side Is price but I don't mind spending on the clothing as to me it is worth what I'm buying.

Excellent quality items at awesome.prices. can't find designs anywhere else like these guys. Daughter & husband love their Christmas gifts. Posted quickly. Loads of variety. Epic!!

Top quality as per usual, gave as gifts for Xmas as my brother was always saying he liked my tee shirts from Save our Souls. These guys do great designs, check them out.

As the email below says and as stated on the Royal Mail website, there are delays to Royal Mail services so it will take longer than usual.

However, we have just clicked the tracking info on the dispatch email you received last Wednesday and it says it was delivered and signed for today.

So, it did answer your question you just didn’t read or act on the information given.

This an email i got in response to enquiring about when I could expect a top to I arrive that I had ordered ,nearly two weeks prior.
Will never be buying anything from them again, so rude and totally uncalled for.

I bought 3 baseball tops which unfortunately didn’t fit, my fault of course for getting the wrong size. SOS excepted the returns and sent me 3 new long line T-shirts which fit perfect. Totally easy to deal with and great designs. I’ve previously bought a hoodie which I love amazing quality.

Generally pretty good, garments appear to be of reasonable quality especially for the price. And they all arrived in a timely manor

Actually very good I had followed a link a friend had given me and without being redirected or forcing to watch a load of ads took me where I needed to go.
I made my order without having to open an account " I opened an account after purchase btw"
Was offered various ways to pay and a choice of delivery options.
Only problem I had was having to change the delivery address which was again sorted out really easily.
Don't normally give 4 Star rating but really good shopping experience.
