I can't say enough wonderful things about Soundrink! I recently found myself in a situation where I needed help with my VIP package, and their customer service was beyond amazing. They were incredibly friendly, understanding, and went above and beyond to help me find a solution. It genuinely felt like they cared about making sure I had the best experience possible.

I accidentally bought ticketless VIP…
I accidentally bought ticketless VIP upgrades for concert in another state and not the one I had tickets for locally. I sent an email to customer service and got an auto generated response that my reason was not one that qualified for a refund. With no phone number listed to call , I just figured I was screwed out of a chunk of money. That evening I was contacted, via email, by the nicest customer service agent. She immediately processed a refund for me and was so timely in her responses as well as exceptionally friendly. I really did not expect such a level of customer service from a ticketing platform. Definitely a fan.
Ticket change
My mom needed to transfer tickets from her name to mine due to a family emergency. We emailed soundrink with everything they needed and they were very quick and responsive to solve the problem that day. They were very sweet and provided excellent customer. Will be using them again!

Cassandra absolutely exceeded every expectation when it came to helping me secure tickets for the concert. From the very beginning, she was incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure I got exactly what I was hoping for. In a process that can often feel stressful and overwhelming as I bought two vip tickets and it was sold out I only received one Cassandra made everything smooth, seamless, and actually enjoyable.
What really stood out was her dedications she went above and beyond to find help with getting my extra vip tickets, keeping me updated every step of the way and making sure I felt confident and excited throughout the entire process. Her knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail are truly unmatched.
Thanks to Cassandra, I didn’t just get tickets I got an amazing experience to look forward to. If you ever need help with concert tickets, she is 100% the person you want on your side. I can’t recommend her highly enough!
Support that truly goes well above and beyond
I bought a VIP package via Soundrink for an event in 2025 that, for lack of going into detail, went poorly. The VIP experience didn't happen on time due to a weather delay, and for my part I missed it entirely as chaos abounded and the venue struggled with helping patrons.
At the time I worked with Soundrink's support, and they worked with me to a fair conclusion; while they couldn't refund me my money as the VIP event did technically happen later, they offered to comp me in the future for one of comparable value.
Here I am nearly a year later, and all I had to do was reply back to that email chain from last year to take them up on their offer. Once again Soundrink's support impressed; they nearly immediately let me know that they were able to help me out, and within 24 hours I had a ticket for an upcoming VIP event.
Their support is clearly staffed by good people, and I cannot stress how impressed I continue to be with them. When things go as planned working with them is as painless as can be, and when things don't go quite-as-planned their support is there to help out. Top notch all around.
Stress free customer support
I had tickets for the wrong date to a show, I wrote them a little explanation and what I needed help with. They fixed the dates and set me right, nearly immediately. I had the most incredible experience with Soundrink, and I truly can’t thank them enough. Thanks to their amazing work, I was able to live one of the biggest dreams of my life meeting Simple Plan, a band that has meant so much to me for over 20 years.
Everything was perfectly organized, and the whole experience felt so special and personal. The team was kind, supportive, and made me feel valued every step of the way. You can really tell they care deeply about their fans and the moments they help create.
This wasn’t just an event for me — it was a dream come true that I will cherish forever. Thank you, Soundrink, for making something so meaningful possible. I will always be grateful!

Fast, helpful and friendly!
The response time for my questions to the customer service center was beyond my expectations. Knowing the amount of money that is paid for VIP events and other tickets, a fast response means peace of mind. I was concerned because I could not find my proof of purchase for a VIP event coming up in the next couple weeks. They responded within 2 hours and provided me the full email showing my proof of purchase and my ticket link. Previously to this, I sent them an email letting them know of a discrepancy on the artists VIP page & venue links and within a half an hour they sent me the correct link for my venue in my city. By far the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time, especially through email. Wish all my favorite artists went through them!
Sound rink is the go to for VIP
I have dealt with sound rink for a few years now for VIP upgrades to concerts. Everytime they deliver an amazing up close and personal experience. Very well curated and extremely pleasant to deal with. I recently was offered an even further upgrade to a concert I already had VIP for and they made it super easy and were helpful every step of the way. Quick responses to emails and very personable. First Impression is Amazing!
Absolutely amazing customer service! I’ve worked in VIP for over 15 years and this was my first experience with Sound Rink. I had a question about purchasing a potential package and received an answer almost immediately. They were professional and very informative. So far I have been very impressed with my interaction and I’m looking forward to the VIP experience I’ve purchased through them.

I’ve used sound rinks VIP meet and greets 3 times now and it’s been pretty smooth! But the customer service? Is top notch! They’re fast and super great, fixed my problem in no time, same hour response too!

Pricing Error
I contacted Soundrink due to a pricing error on my receipt for being charged double for the insurance add-on. They were really great at communicating throughout the process while they got it resolved and I was able to get a refund for the duplicate charge. I have bought VIP tickets before through sound rink and I’ve never had any issues at the event or at purchase so this was probably a fluke. After bringing it to their attention they were very kind to help and assist to resolve it.

Great customer service
I made an honest mistake when buying tickets (accidentally purchased VIP upgrades instead of show tickets) and reached out for help. They were quick, pleasant and understanding and processed a full refund without any hassle. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciated how easy they made it. Would definitely consider their VIP options in the future.
you wont get what you pay for
Very disorganized from start to finish. The VIP meet and greet staff arrived late and never coordinated with the venue, so no one there knew what was happening or who we were supposed to wait for. There was no sign or indication at the meet-up area, so it constantly felt like we were in the wrong place. Venue staff couldn’t help because the VIP upgrade was separate from the main ticket, and they wouldn’t let us in.
The actual meet and greet was of saying hi to the band with quick photo taking.
Some of the merch promised in the VIP package were missing and there was no compensation for not receiving the photos taken by a ‘professional’ photographer. Customer service only replies that they were also still waiting on updates with no real update or 'solution'.
Overall, an awful experience and would not purchase again.
