Despite this significant number, I have not earned a single cent from their affiliate program to date. After five months of collaboration, my experience with SOVRN has been far from positive. As a result, I will be carefully reconsidering the partnership and exploring alternative providers to ensure that my efforts are fairly compensated.

Es gibt jedoch auch Positives zu SOVRN zu berichten: Ursprünglich bin ich mit viel Begeisterung und Enthusiasmus in die Zusammenarbeit gestartet. Die Funktionalität und Bedienfreundlichkeit, insbesondere die Deeplinks zu speziellen Produkten aus meiner exklusiven Produktauswahl, haben in Kombination mit dem Linkgerenerator meines Webseiten-Providers Webador sehr gut funktioniert. Dennoch ist es entscheidend, dass mein Engagement auch entsprechend honoriert wird, was mich dazu bewegt, neue und andere Wege der Projektfinanzierung in Erwägung zu ziehen.

After more than a month, I have yet to receive a reasonable and satisfactory response to my inquiries with SOVRN. As a result, I removed the majority of my SOVRN affiliate links from the EcoVoyage website yesterday to make room for new opportunities.
However, there are some positive aspects to mention regarding SOVRN. I initially entered the partnership with great enthusiasm, as the functionality and ease of use—particularly the deep links to specific products from my exclusive selection — worked very well in conjunction with the link generator from my website provider, Webador. Nonetheless, ensuring that my efforts are fairly compensated is crucial, which is why I am exploring new paths.

what a bunch of scammers i've been testing them since october 2023 i use a pinterest account and i generate over 100 clicks a day however non of them gets registered also everytime you contact the support they say your account is all good and everything looks like you can't see your outbound clicks from the pinterest dashboard

What a garbage little company. My site has has well over 100 pages (more added every week), with hours of content, dozens of articles, approaching 1,000 affiliate links. Sovrn "Quality" claims that there is not enough to the website to approve an application?!? From what I read below, Sovrn has spared me a frustrating experience. I will inform Sovrn's customer that led me to them about these practices and make the recommendation that they find another affiliate network if they really want to partner with creators and influencers.

AVOID!!!!! Wish we'd looked into them more before we started using them!! Clicks dont register - and therefore sales dont register - we arent talking 1 or 2 cases its a lot!
You contact them and when they eventually respond - 3 weeks later and multiple reports & emails - they just say everything looks fine.
Dont waste your time and let them pocket your sales!! Use other reputable companies

I've sent many support tickets without any response. I had 1,2k clicks and no tracked sales. Also the support doesn't answer. I've lost 4 months with you. I feel cheated.. I have 100k monthly visits and 20k students which I sent a lot of campaing promoting our links.

I will migrate to other platform.

The support team is really slow, I already submit my website but it takes too long for them to give the answer and there is no information about the process, I want to use their service but i am not continue the process because of this

First of all, the management of this company absolutely sucks, no other way to put it. Their support team is awful and takes 8 years to respond to anything you give them unless it’s about not being able to approve your account, they’re on that in 30 minutes. They always bring up “not meeting guidelines or quality standards” which are extremely arbitrary and I don’t even think they know what they are. I’ve been through all of this and heard that it’s worse when you get approved. They don’t even pay you the correct amount is what I’ve seen from multiple other users. Stay away from this soulless company, it’s a horror show.

They said they approved my site with 1 click. And we got the login and approval mail. Then I started to promote them. However, after a number of sales happened, they said - my site was not approved. Ridiculous.

stupid little company, cannot install the code even when I know the code is installed properly.. high risk of scam, be aware

Update: yes it's a scam, they pay 0.01 per a click, so I earned 0.20$ per 7 days as an affiliate, with our traffic 140K Monthly users it's no doubt it is, stay a w a y !

Terrible company. Signed up on 6 June 2022, needed to provide just one click to website for account approval, then one month later they say my account is not approved. AND I've put over 150 links onto my website that could possibly make them money. It's absolutely sickening how these giant globalists con people. Sounds too good to be true, but do not waste your time. Am sending a letter of claim and possibly suing them for wasting my time. You should do so too.

This company is very bad. We promoted on their platform. We paid a lot, but they never paid. We felt the only way to get our money back was to Sue the company.

Terrible customer support system!! Do not have livechat function, you can submit a message and there is a contact number but have literally tried both and had ZERO luck. Also called several times and no response. How can you run a team like this? We are waiting to be technically integrated with their affiliate system but are on hold as their team does not respond to us?

They have stopped replying to my emails once i complained them about a payment that i haven'e received in 60 days. Their USA phone line is always unresponsive, whenever i call them nobody seems to care to pick up the phone.

Worst company i have ever used for my affiliate business. !

I am a user in sovrn.com (formerly viglink). I tried to reach them by phone and none of their channels connect me to any customer support representative. Every time i call them, their automated voice says none is available. Why do you even keep this numbers on your website if you can't serve your customer even in working hours?
