Great customer service and easy to access storage facilities. Very helpful and efficient over the rental period, from changing size of unit when we needed less space to transferring legal responsibility for the unit when circumstances required it. Many thanks to the team.

It’s totally rip off and the service I received for free removal is rubbish they just put my luggage randomly and then black mail me to buy extra space as your luggage is bigger than the space but I went after that to check and I shocked all my luggage was thrown away and didn’t put properly so it was really bad experience .

Having investigated this, I can confirm that the store manager spoke with you to make you aware of the need for a larger unit, as there were many more items to store than initially mentioned. The removal company returned for the second time so they could accommodate all the items. The store manager will contact you shortly to further discuss your concerns.

Helpful and welcoming Shrewsbury team
Helpful and welcoming Shrewsbury team - Ed, Ethan and Dale. A storage that we feel is easy accessible and secure, and our items well protected. The included move in team was a real help for us to both pick up our items quickly and also get them into the storage unit quickly as well.

Long experience of Public Storage in USA and expecting much the same, but completely taken aback by how friendly and helpful Slough staff are. More of them too.....

A central location in Shrewsbury with easy access to your storage. The staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Competitive rates, with a variety of sized storage facilities. Would definitely use again for my secure storage needs.
