Everything in the car was ready, we had everything we asked for and the car went smooth and brought us safe to our destination.

This is my third time using Spaceships and it won´t be the last. They are reliable and easy to contact and any and all problems - if they even occur - are easily solved.

Honestly, the best place to rent and start your holiday!

Spaceships where easy to deal with. From checking availability to billing and collecting was simple. A great way to tour the NC500 and comfortable.

Only negatives for me where their vans don’t come with ramps to assist with levelling off the van.

The tv isn’t really watchable from the seats as it two high.

A few simple adjustments what would make this a 5 star experience.

We hired spaceships rental to travel North Coast 500 and it was an amazing experience. Our van we hired was perfect we had everything we needed and could get to some beautiful places. The reason its 4/5 was due to the van breaking down but was quickly recovered and we got 1 day free to compensate which made up for lost time. Overall it was a great experience and we would definetly do it again.

We were so looking forward to picking up our Motor home and travelling around Southern England for two weeks. And then Coronavirus hit! We were out in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean with very poor satellite internet. As everything imploded around us, the UK Govt enacted laws to prevent non-essential travel. We had to cancel our booking! Everything for our final four weeks in the UK was being cancelled (hotel accommodation, bus transfers, excursions, show tickets, apartment booking, flights back to Australia). Every provider we booked with refunded all our money and flight points except for Spaceships Rentals. We had paid our balance prior to leaving home on Mar 9. So, the company had our money well in advance. Emails via satellite internet were slow and cumbersome, taking days for replies whilst you received an acknowledgement. By now we were within the the 20 day limit. We couldn't open attachments. We were told we would lose 75% of our money! That's over GB1,000! We couldn't believe it. This put such a sour taste in our mouths. Whilst neither party was to blame, no other UK provider kept any money and refunded in full. In these times, Spaceships Rentals followed their normal cancellation policy. It's not like we just changed our minds. We couldn't take a voucher. Not knowing when we could travel back to the UK. "They needed to find the balance between what is right but keep revenue coming in". I think not!

We had a particular need for a motorhome because, to raise funds for charity, we planned to visit all 92 football clubs in 92 hours.
Without doubt, the contribution of Spacehships to our “adventure” has been enormous and in particular Mike Salmon, the digital marketing manager and the team at the Wraysbury depot, Gabor, Roland and Jack.

Throughout everyone was so helpful and kind to us and keen that we should achieve our aim and raise the money. The last day was an example of how the team were so supportive by sending a replacement vehicle on the last lap of our trip, so crucial in ensuring that we could achieve our objective. This we did with 8 minutes to spare. Phew!

The motorhome we had, named Moonraker, was most certainly the fourth member of our team and performed so very well for us. The facilities offered, four berths, large fridge/freezer, toilet, shower, cooker and hob made us feel at home while still being on the road for just under four days. Clean, comfortable and all in excellent working order.

Great service and help when our rear window broke

We literally had the trip of a lifetime with Spaceships Rentals UK. They enabled us to travel from the southern tip of the UK to the Northern tip in luxury. With the most comfortable bedding provided, central heating, a fridge, cooktop, and oven, the Luxury 4-berth Motorhome made our holiday simply incredible. With their winter pack, it meant we could set up our table and chairs outside as we watched the sun set. Having the motorhome meant we were able to travel in flexibility. When we wanted to set off to another city, we do so whenever we pleased. It also meant we could stop whenever we wanted, taking photos of the beautiful scenery. I could not recommend Spaceships enough.

We had originally arranged to be collected at Heathrow airport which did not happen. Just before we were due to leave home we had an email telling us how to get the keys from a box on the wall near their front door. We managed to get a cab to the address and found the key. The vehicle was there but there was no paperwork either with the key or in the vehicle, which worried me because there was no damage report on the vehicle and there was a lot of damage. The fuel tank level was under a 1/4 of a tank, which I also did not think was very good. The vehicle itself was a perfect size for what we wanted (9 seats and a lot of luggage space). It was clean and tidy on the inside and washed on the outside. It drove well and was comfortable. One week through our trip (we did not cover many miles but hired it for a month) a light came on the dashboard saying that a service was due. I tried to ring the company but could not get hold of anyone , so I started sending emails which they did reply to and assured me that the vehicle would be ok but contact them again if the vehicle stopped working. I also did then manage to talk to someone who again said it would be okay. He also told me to take photos of the damage (which I had already done) and apologised that the damage report had not been done as their system was down and to return the vehicle with a similar level of fuel to when we collected it. We dropped off the vehicle on a Saturday afternoon (again out of hours) and they had given us a number to call a cab to get back to Heathrow which they paid for.
So a mixed review, some things were not done very professionally for a car / vehicle hire company but they did then try and reassure us that it would be ok and it was. I was worried about the damage report because I had heard of people being charged for damage (not by this company) that they had not done, but they were fine. So with a little fine tuning I would recommend them, the vehicle was good for what we wanted and good value for money.

We've rented the VW camper car in Edinburgh and it was the best decision. Everything worked great, nothing negative at all!
I would definitely recommend this company!

Such a lovely time visiting the cotswolds in the motorhome we hired with spaceships. We were worried how cold it would be but it was so warm inside! the water from shower was nearly too hot. We struggled with the heating and hot water for the first hour or so but after some practice it was actually simple to use.

There were 3 of us in the 7 berth and it was super spacious, and left us more space than we needed. Even the pram fit in the locker which was out the way. The motorhome didn't come with gas but they told us to go to one quite close to fill up. Was £9 which was great value as it lasted all week. Would go again and will take our parents with us this summer as they would love it.

We have used Spaceships 2 years in a row to hire a van.... Excellent service both times.

The team at Spaceships were a breeze to deal with & I loved my little camper which had everything I needed. Such a fun way to see Scotland. Would definitely recommend.

We had the most amazing time in Scotland in our Spaceship motorhome. We were a little apprehensive about the size of it on the country roads at first but found driving now to be too much of a problem. Having all the extra space really helped with the wet weather. Customer support was also excellent!

Had an excellent time exploring England in our big campervan called TITAN.

Had all the stuff we needed, was pretty much a new vehicle and they had videos and guides that help you which was very useful as we weren't sure a few times on how things worked. So easy to pick up and drop off though.

Had an issue with a flat tyre, and was fixed on the road by a great mechanic that came out to me. Great service and would recommend to friends. Only thing was that they don't do towels, so remember to bring your own!

Very easy, very good car, very easy drop off

Very unreliable company, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
I had a breakdown on my second night with the campervan and nobody from Spaceshiprentals helped me. I had to calla local mechanic and pay for it myself even though I had a breakdown cover with Spaceshipsrentals.
Nobody never returned my calls or replied my emails.

Our van was fantastic, it was reliable and well fitted out (mostly). Only whinge is that the food prep utensils were not adequate. It needs a decent sized plastic bowl for mixing or salad making, a better cutting knife and another larger saucepan. A colander for straining would be good too. There was a small vege knife, a small saucepan and a small frying pan. Really not enough so we bought some extras - both of us being foodies. Overall we loved it and the cost was reasonable as well.

No problems so far all good

Hi, we were a group of 4 grandchildren 3 aged 7 and a 4 year old, and 2 Grannies. The camper was perfect, it had everything we required, we all had such fun. The van was spotless and all our dealings we dealt with without hesitation. We hope to be able to go again and we'll travel with Spaceships.

Thé Booking was very easy, ans Also have thé Key thé motorhome was Ready. Thé périple from thé compagne are very helpfull.
Thé things that thé motorhome was injures at différents positions.
Thé door between room and salon missing, we couldn't bé isolate from thé kids.
