Terrible Experience with Spaces - Still No Retainer Refund
Despite numerous promises that my retainer would be refunded, they have failed to follow through. Every time I contact them, I get the same runaround and empty assurances that “the refund is being processed.” This has been going on for far too long. 3-4 months now.
I’ve documented all communications, and it’s clear they either don’t care or are deliberately stalling. It’s unacceptable to treat customers like this, especially when dealing with financial matters. I’ve been patient, but this has crossed the line.
If you’re considering doing business with this company, be aware that their customer service and accountability leave much to be desired. I hope others can avoid the headache I’ve been through. I have no other option but to seek legal advice and filing a formal complaint.
They literally ignore your emails for an entire week before even responding with a whole bunch of nothing. I am escalating this to the highest level in every way possible with every proof through email communication from this terrible company and team
