We are very happy with the officemanager but...
The response to technical malfunctions has been extremely disappointing. We've had malfunctioning floors for months now, and there doesn't seem to be any plan for repairs in sight. It's frustrating to have gas pipes replaced during office hours and then be told that we'd be better off working from home. It's truly unbelievable to receive such a suggestion, especially considering the extremely high cost of these offices.
