We are very happy with the officemanager but...
The response to technical malfunctions has been extremely disappointing. We've had malfunctioning floors for months now, and there doesn't seem to be any plan for repairs in sight. It's frustrating to have gas pipes replaced during office hours and then be told that we'd be better off working from home. It's truly unbelievable to receive such a suggestion, especially considering the extremely high cost of these offices.

At Spaces, the maintenance of our facilities is very important, and we can assure you of our highest standards.
I have escalated your comments to the relevant teams. They confirmed that the floor will be repaired on 01 December 2023 and the gas pipes in the centre building were changed by the city council, not by the centre team. The date and time of the gas pipes replacement was decided by the council, and it was conducted during business hours which temporarily disabled the heating at the centre. Your centre team suggested you work from home for that day to prevent you from working in uncomfortable conditions at the centre.
They also informed that they have contacted and updated you on this.
