Sharon, you're response is laughable as owner of the company ( in your own words ) just about sums up how much of control you have of your company, I wasn't there to buy YOU were supposed to SELL !

I had a terrible experience with Spanish Property Choice. Their communication was absolutely awful, and their incompetence cost us €20,000. We were constantly left in the dark, with emails and calls going unanswered. Important information was either withheld or delivered too late, which led to significant financial losses. Their lack of professionalism and poor service made the entire process a nightmare. I strongly advise anyone looking for property in Spain to avoid this agency at all costs.

We communicated with the sales team regarding an apartment. Was PROMISED to hold the property until we arrived from the UK within 3 days. Even upto the night before our travel we were assured we had first refusal. We arrived at 14.00pm after flying from UK to be told, sorry we sold it at 11.00am this morning. This company are false and nothing like how the come across on TV. Be aware people.

Sold our apartment in Vera through SPC in March, took 18months but the right buyer came along in the end. Kim was so helpful everytime we contacted her for feedback. Emma kept us updated from Reservation to Compilation. We chose this Company as we knew communications would be good.
