A great service provided by both Shaun and Val. Always really quick to respond to any queries and always willing to provide advice and support throughout our property purchase. Thank you so much Shaun and Val and keep up the great work! We would definitely recommend Spanish Property Choice.

Excellent first class service from Val and the team at Spanish Property Choice. Highly recommend.

Professional but very kind. They are fantastic, a family business. We bought our house with Spanish Property Choice in two months, super efficient.
We cannot speak highly enough of this company. From the first call asking for 1 property to view, Shaun was a true professional with us, on time and very friendly, had in depth knowledge of what he was selling and offered great advice. Shaun was nice not only to us but also to the vendors.

We are very pleased. We would definitely recommend them to anyone buying property.

Shawn Came on Friday good valuation listed property took photos and sold it on the following Tuesday for the full asking Price remarkable service totally professional wouldn't go anywhere where else and just to add the valuation was 20 thousand higher than the first valuation by rival estate agents
Thankyou SPC

It is a pleasure to recommend Spanish Property Choice Estate agents to any prospective clients. Rob and Val was very helpful in dealing with the purchase of are property in Turre and everything that goes with it

Our experience started from the moment we walked through the door and to be greeted by Emma, who was extremely professional, she spent time not only listening to what we would like, but to explain how things worked in Spain, which was crucial, we want to thank Emma and matt for re arranging their diary to show us our dream home, we would not hesitate to recommend Spanish property choice, they have the experience and time to explain and work n a very efficient and professional manner. Thank you Alison and John

I highly recommend Spanish Property Choice for their friendly and efficient services.

I have used Spanish Property Choice - The Garners for both selling a few properties over the years and buying our last home in the sun and I am more than happy to recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell within Almeria region. Emma has been so helpful and accommodating during the sale of any of our properties and also during the process of purchasing our last property from their portfolio. I have looked at properties with various estate agents, but I have felt most comfortable with the Garners as they are trustworthy since all their properties are verified before taken on their books. So much so that I have purchased my current property from them without even viewing it and I wasn’t disappointed when I have picked up my keys and walked in as the new owner. Everything was as described and as expected.
Thank you Emma & Matt.

From initial contact with Spanish Property Choice and specifically Val through to receiving the keys to our new villa, the service was exemplary, and all of our concerns were totally unfounded. Val had a solution for all of our queries and recommended the services of Spanish solicitors etc who made the whole experience seamless and also very enjoyable. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Spanish Property Choice and the wonderful Val. Thank you guys!

I sold my house through Spanish properties within 24 hours of them having the property on their books. They were really helpful and always at the end of the phone to answer any questions or quieres I had. Can’t recommend them enough

Stoped by Spanish properties shop in Majcar to enquire about some properties as we were looking in area with cash budget , spoke to a woman at desk by door found her rude disinterested in giving any advice in fact derogatory treated as low class in a top end shop my shirt must have been last season’s, oh well went next door to Okisur nice people helpful and treated as a person.

We’d just like to say a massive thank-you to all at SPC, especially Emma, Steve, Matt and Val for helping us with the sale our property.

From going into your office in Albox to enquire about putting the property on the market on the Tuesday, to getting the video and photos done on the Thursday, the property was advertised on the SPC website on Friday afternoon.

Matt did such an amazing job of the video and photos, we thought we must be crazy to sell it!

On Tuesday morning we received an offer without a physical viewing, which we delightedly accepted.

We cannot recommend SPC enough to anyone who is looking at buying / selling /renting a property.

Servicio arreglado. Siempre está orientado al cliente. Es profesional. Eso dice mucho.

We purchased our beautiful home in Spain with Spanish property choice last year and the service was outstanding. Move on nearly 12 months and since my last review, the service is still outstanding! We are still finding our way around and I have asked Emma for some help with local information and she has helped me out straight away. After sales service unbelievable and just knowing a friendly face is there to ask if needed is great peace of mind.

We have used spanish property choice a couple of times to find our perfect Spanish home . Sharon is always available for advice and to answer any questions . We viewed properties in mojacar playa last week with Robert who was fab he answered all our questions and knew what we wanted . Although we didn’t find a property with Spanish property choice they put us in the right track after the property we wanted had sold very quickly . Thank you to Kim in the office who tried to find us something else on the same complex . I would recommend them to anyone my friend bought a property with them 4 years ago after we told her about them and they look after her property when she is away . A great family company thank you for being part of our Spanish journey

We would firstly like to thank Shaun and Robert for selling our property so quickly it was six weeks to the day of going on there website that we got the offer, we were confident it would sell with them but that was fast!! Shaun was very professional on the visit to do photos and video and he made such a good job of them and gave us a good valuation he gave us confidence our apartment would sell well.
The viewing was done with Robert which was done professionaly he kept us informed every step of the way he was friendly and honest and was very helpful with us and our buyers. From accepting the offer to signing it was done quickly and smoothly we have been very happy with the whole process and would highly recommend this company for selling your property. Thank you Shaun & Robert for your professionalism. David & Pamela

Emma and Matt were fantastic to deal with and sold our apartment much faster than expected. The whole selling experience was flawless and stress free and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again and highly recommend them.

Just wanted to say a big thankyou to spanish property choice .especially sharon for all there hard work yesterday. I apologise for being too quick to judge.

We recently bought an apartment in Vera Playa and cannot praise Spanish Property Choice enough. They listened to our needs and came up with five suitable choices. We chose the second one and are delighted, it is perfect for us.
Emma and Matt helped us through the whole process, which can be daunting. We paid our deposit and were given a completion date which was only five weeks later. Everything was arranged, the solicitor, notaire, currency account and even a bank account was sorted, all thanks to Spanish Property Choice. They are a professional company with every attention to detail but..... they make you feel important. The after sales service is amazing nothing is too much trouble.
Well done Spanish Property Choice.
