The product was as expected though the packaging (ex display) was slightly damaged.
The delivery cost was not clear, I had checked their delivery page as well. It was only at the end of the buying process that £10 was shown. For a small toaster this seemed a lot but I was committed by then.

Our Delivery Information page outlines our standard £10 small‑item delivery fee https://sparkworld.co.uk/pages/delivery-information, but we appreciate that it only becomes fully visible in the checkout once the order details are confirmed but prior to payment. We’ll be reviewing the wording on our website to make this even clearer earlier in the process.
We understand that £10 may feel high for a small appliance, but this covers insured courier delivery from Devon across the UK, over 250 miles in this case and ensuring the item arrives safely.

Never heard of the company but had the best price for the appliance I wanted. Ordering was easy and selected the earliest date for delivery, had a phone call offering me an earlier date which I accepted. Appliance arrived in perfect condition, very happy with experience throughout

Excellent service
Excellent service, prompt delivery within a couple of days of ordering. Delivery guys are amazing, friendly and professional, they will unpack the appliance and put it in place and give any safety/start up advice needed. It may take a few more minutes more but such care is so hard to find these days and very much appreciated by the customer. And they even take the packaging away! This is where Sparkworld wins hands down, excellent service on delivery! Thankyou

Hi Mariama, We're very sorry to hear about your recent delivery experience; this is absolutely not the level of service we expect for our customers. We’ve tried to contact you by phone but haven’t been able to reach you yet.
We use a courier partner called AIT, and after reviewing the delivery images we can clearly see that the unpacking and rubbish removal were not completed as they should have been. We’ve already issued a refund for the unpacking service, and this should now be back in your account.
We would still really appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly so we can pass detailed feedback to the courier company and ensure this doesn't happen again. If you’re able, please get in touch with us at your convenience.
